Communication with James prior to our departure was excellent. He quickly responded to all my questions. His house is just like home from home with everything you can ask for. It has UK sockets and adaptors in the house if needed, There was a small welcoming pack to get us through to the next day. The pool was very clean and often we were the only ones round it.Its walking distance to the harbour and a bus to catch at the end of the road. All in all, I'd thoroughly recommend here and will be returning

We could not fault James and his property, he was a font of knowledge, places to go, restaurants etc. Collection and return from the airport was a real bonus. Regular checks to see if we were OK. Top man.

James, the host was very helpful, he picked us up and dropped off at the airport, very helpful with knowledge of the local area, very convenient location, even helped us with renting a car, any minor problems with the accommodation were swiftly dealt with,overall a very enjoyable stay, would definitely recommend

Lovely quiet area

Great villa, very comfortable in an area not too far from shops, restaurants etc. Pool was lovely and clean although too cold for us to use this visit. James was so helpful with airport transfers and recommendations for good food places. Great TV package. He also helped with car hire which was so easy. We would definitely stay here again on another holiday.

Wunderschönes Feriendomizil mit tollem Vermieter

Perfekt eingerichtetes, bezauberndes Stadthaus mit hübscher Terrasse und direktem Zugang zum großen, von exotischen Pflanzen umgebenen Swimmingpool. Das Haus ist ideal und doch ruhig gelegen – sowohl der Strand als auch Paphos Zentrum sind in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein kleines Restaurant sind nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. James ist als Vermieter an Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft nicht zu übertreffen: Angefangen vom Hol- und Bringservice zum Flughafen über ein umfangreiches Lebensmittel-Willkommenspaket bis hin zu Empfehlungen und Hilfestellungen aller Art vor Ort – für James ist das alles selbstverständlich, und er ist stets mit strahlender Laune und Warmherzigkeit für seine Gäste da, wann immer sie irgendetwas benötigen! Wir haben uns im Haus von James vom ersten Moment an pudelwohl gefühlt. Es war für uns nicht nur eine Oase von Entspannung und Ruhe, sondern auch ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungstouren zu Fuß in Paphos und mit Auto (das Haus hat einen eigenen Parkplatz) in der weiteren Umgebung). Bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Paphos würden wir nicht lange suchen, sondern jederzeit gerne wieder zu James und seinem fabelhaften Haus zurückkehren!

Excellent Holiday

The townhouse was exactly as described totally home from home and with James you had the perfect host. Everything that could be needed was there with very comfortable furniture etc, whilst having A/c to keep the temperature at the required level in the heat. The pool area was very clean and tidy with security doing patrols day and night, it was a great place to stay as just a few mins walk from the Harbour we hired a car which was arranged for us by James which was great. And last but not least James picked us up and dropped us off at the airport whi h made everything just perfect, a very nice genuine host who could not do to much for you.

Wow.

four of us, all over 60, stayed at this property for three weeks in May. Everything was wonderful from the initial booking to checking out. James met us at the airport, made us feel very welcome like we were old friends. Got to the property and we had been left a lovely welcome pack. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Linen and towel were lovely and pool towels were supplied. The pool was cleaned everyday, lots of sun beds were available. Only about a five minute drive down to the harbour, also lots of the historical sights were within close proximity. James also sorted a hire car for us. I can’t rate the property or James highly enough, hopefully we’ll be booking again next year

The property was very modern and spacious, tastefully decorated with lovely gardens all around the pool. There were 2 of us staying. Everything that you needed was provided including some food in the fridge. James collected us from airport and his dad returned us there, which was great. They went out of their way to help and make us welcome.

On arrival at airport James's dad picked us up and took us to apartment. James was waiting on us and went through everything that we needed to know. He had also supplied a welcome pack that keeps you going till you shop, including beer, wine, milk, bread, cheese, ham and plenty of fruit and veg. Great touch especially if you arrived later in the day. James couldn't be more helpful he even arranged our hire car for us and took us to pick it up and offered to pick us up when we returned it. The complex is small and very well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property. Good luck to James with your apartments, you definitely go that extra mile.

Superb accommodation and host

Excellent accommodation with everything you might need. The house and complex were spotless. There is a large pool area with plenty of sun beds and the complex is a 20 minute walk to the harbour where there are lots of bars and restaurants. James is an excellent host who is on always on hand if you have any questions. He goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and the free airport transfers and very generous welcome pack are a big bonus. We have been coming to Paphos for many years and this was by far the best accommodation we’ve stayed in. Thank you James, we will see you again. Debbie & Simon

Great Place!

Great location - 20 mins walk to either old Paphos or the harbour, mini markets 5mins walk and good supermarket with great fresh produce 10mins walk. Lovely property with great air con and amazing TV package for sports lovers! Nice complex and good size pool and plenty of loungers and shades inc trees. James is a top chap! He could not have been more accommodating. Super complimentary welcome pack!

James was a fantastic host: nothing was too much trouble. His property is excellent, well equipped and comfortable with air con, multi channel tv and a great shower. The pool was relaxing and virtually empty, very safe and a sun trap. James was accommodating and helpful at all times, from an airport pick up, door to door, to advice on excellent eateries. Thoroughly recommended.

Superb from start to finish

The house and facilities are exemplary, there is everything you would need to have an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. James is a superstar, great communication, before and during the stay, pick up from and to the airport is a great extra touch. The house is in a quiet area but short walking distance to restaurants and bars etc. James provides a brilliant welcome pack, so if you are arriving late, the essentials are there for you, food, wine, beer, hot drinks etc. (He even went to his friends organic fruit and veg farm and dropped of Lemons and Avocados) All the amenities are in the house, iron, hairdryer, plenty of towels/linen and well catered kitchen etc. The pool area is relaxing, well maintained and everyone was very friendly. As is the modern world, excellent wifi and when the weather may not be so great, plenty of choice on the TV or DVDs. I would say it's not just a holiday let, it is a home from home, which for us was great. Overall fantastic accommodation and James the owner superb.

Perfect from start to finish

From the initial booking to the end of our stay was faultless. Communication was great before and during our stay. Quick responses to any question. The house was exactly as pictured. Imaculately clean throughout, everything you needed provided. Complex was very quiet, pool area was spotless. James was the perfect host on hand to provide help if needed but not intrusive. The airport transfers and welcome pack a massive bonus. If looking for somewhere to eat check out the Pambis diner which is about a 10 minute walk. Local mini markets a short distance away. We hired a car which meant everything was fairly close. Can’t recommend highly enough only hope when we decide to return we are able to book here again as I am sure that the superb standards will ensure that the house is in constant demand.

Fit The Bill Perfectly !!

Absolute reassurance in booking this property from start to finish. Couldn't have asked for a better host/owner to deal with, a pity not all owners are this customer focused. James - your customers have hit the jackpot if this your way of working. The property was all that was portrayed on the website - a lovely town house which was well maintained and furnished. Didn't want for anything within and all our needs were covered - even down to the very generous welcome pack provided. The complex was a quiet and well maintained site - pool and surrounds were clean and it was obvious that owners of these surrounding properties were committed to making the complex a pleasure to stay at. The location was in a quiet area but this was within very easy driving distance to anywhere - well served with local shops for convenience. The property exceeded my expectations, excellent in every way.

Perfect break, James was at Paphos airport to pick my wife and I up even though the flight had been delayed, the generous welcome pack was an added bonus as we were too tired to go out and eat. The house was impeccably clean and situated on a charming small development, very quite and peaceful. James called us the next day to ensure all was well, I had a slight problem with the Internet connection but he sorted it within the hour, it appears I was entering the wrong code. James directed us to some very nice places to eat which we would never have found, he certainly knows the area. All in all an excellent holiday and we will be booking for next year.

Excellent place!

Spent a week in this lovely house. Host was very helpful and accommodating. The house had everything we needed and was private yet only a short distance from the pool. The complex was excellent - nice and quiet, just what we were after! The welcome pack was a massive bonus as we arrived late to the house. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone who is after a relaxing break. Overall, really enjoyed it and personally I don't think the photos do it justice!!
