The location of the property is perfect, offering just a 10 min stroll from Paphos itself. The garden is a great space to relax and the pool is wonderful.

Great apartment on a nice complex. Great location for our needs. Had BBQ lunches when around the apartment during the day and ate out in the evenings at the plentiful restaurants either locally or a 20 mins stroll along the seafront to the harbour

10 Year Anniversary

Perfect apartment for what we wanted and needed, the outdoor area is beautiful and hot! And the complex and pool was great as well. Short easy walk into the harbour where the food was lovely in most restaurants but the moorings was excellent and friendly. There’s also lots of bars and restaurants close by to the apartment! Will definitely be back and recommend

Very Poor Start

Firstly we arrived in the dark. The flat was very hard to find as the main doorway was hidden in a garage enclosure behind parked cars. I had to walk into the pool area to locate it. The flat had been visited by someone as there was fresh bread and butter. No tea coffee etc. They hadn't bothered to check round the property. Pillows in twin room mouldy, duvets no covers and a bit grim. Whole room smelled damp. Couch throw and cushions very stained. Filthy fridge front,. Had to wash all plates and bowls etc as they were dirty. The outside furniture was filthy. Looked like it hadn't been Looked at since last season. The sun lounger cushions need replacing as they were badly stained and cracked. No wifi. Actually had no signal. TV system very old no modern apps, needed at least a smart stick to access Prime, Netflix Apple etc. The property manager did turn up the day after I notified him about these issues. He wasn't a ray of sunshine. Let's say we had a few words!!Then I had to deal with three maintenance people sorting cleaning and WiFi. WiFi only fixed with a temporary box.Basically the flat needs totally updating it's very tired. Such as Shame as it is a good size and could be fantastic. The ground floor location is excellent right next to the well established pleasant sizeable pool and gardens. The area is decent too and there are many good restaurants near by. I have two 4.9/5 air b&b flats in london so I know what I'm talking about.

Winter break to Lantana apartment, Limnaria gardens

We visited the apartment for 12 nights in October 2024. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 13 and 8. The apartment was spacious and very handy being on the ground floor. The terrace has been well designed and Felt very private. The apartment was clean on arrival and check in was seamless. Good WiFi which was important for our teenager. Apartment is in a great location ideally placed to walk to the harbour and a number of good bars and restaurants. My only grumble is that the pool was freezing - had to do atleast 4 lengths to warm up. Certainly a bonding experience with the other guests using the pool. We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Also thanks to the host Hayley who responded to our queries promptly throughout the booking process and in the run up to our stay. Also appreciated the welcome pack. Thanks Hayley

Great complex and location

Wonderful base and location. Excellent garden space with everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. We’ve been twice and would certainly return again. The hosts and owners are great and are very quick to answer or resolve any queries - this is a wonderful place that I would highly recommend

Lovely accommodation &great location

Property ideally located for our needs. The pool was excellent and easy for me to use safely with my disability. The garden was extremely spacious and well maintained.Air co very effective and not needed all the time if used all the time only issues were main bed very low and the controls could do with labelling and we did not have an indoor broom or suitable floor mop. Would love to visit the area again labels for each room

Pafos lantana apartment

Absolutely fantastic holiday is this beautiful apartment. The garden area lead straight to the pool and the pool was warm and relaxing. Restaurants, bars, beach and shops were all close by. We will definitely be coming back.

Lovely Apartment

The apartment was perfect for our first visit to Cyprus, we could not have found a better place to stay. The complex itself is lovely and conveniently very close to the seafront where there are many nice bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and contained everything that we needed during our stay. We absolutely loved the outside area and spent lots of time sat out there in the early morning and evenings, so relaxing. We would definitely recommend the apartment and would love to come back ourselves.

Ray and I had a wonderful time in Cyprus. We were very impressed with the fast and kind help we received from the owners and the managing agents who were very personable and professional. The apartment was very clean and had everything thst one would require . The gardens were beautiful. Only one thought. Excellent location and great apartment

We had a great time staying at the apartment with our two teenage girls. The apartment has everything you need. Location is great and just a 10-15 min walk into the harbour. Pool lovely. It was everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Communication with the owner was great from start to finish. Would definitely recommend

Everything they advertised

The property is well located for everything. Short walk, 12-15 minutes, away from the larger supermarket, PapaAntoniou, which was fine but for the first shop - beers, water etc, we got a cab back which was 12 euros. The welcome pack, of 2 bottles of water, butter, milk and bread was very welcome. There were also some teabags. Instruction manuals all clear. Garden furniture was comfortable. Pool area and all communal areas were kept very clean and tidy. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Great place for young families

Fantastic place to stay with young children. The kids pool was closest to the apartment and also the big pool was graduated so you can easily keep a safe eye on them without them getting in too deep. Hayley was very helpful and the check in process was really easy. Also in a great location for bars/ restaurants and within 20 minute walk to the Kings Avenue Mall. Would definitely consider staying again.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful holiday at Hayley’s apartment, everything was just as described and very clean. The outside area was just beautiful, with very comfy sun loungers and 2 large umbrellas. Most of the small appliances (iron, toaster, hairdryer and kettle) were brand new, and also there were lots of coat hangers, which was just great. Limnaria Gardens is in a great location with everything on your doorstep. We didn’t eat in the apartment as there are to many wonderful restaurants close by. We would definitely recommend Hayley’s apartment and cannot wait to return. Thank you.

Perfekte Lage

Es wäre eine schöne Wohnung und ein super Standort ruhig nicht weit vom Meer und mit Pool m. Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber bei unserer Ankunft und alles ist sehr abgewohnt und schmuddelig.Etwas Investition wäre von Vorteil.

Stayed mid September. Location is great. Ground floor apartment which had sun from when we got up until about 4:00pm. The patio is private and gated, with good outdoor furniture. We would definitely stay there again.

Great property in a wonderful location, close to the pool and beach

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday at this lovely property. Close to the pool with the privacy of the private garden and terrace area. Only a short walk to local bars and restaurants. Everything was easy and the local people are so friendly. Would book again.
