Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Allerdings war die Wohnung schon sehr abgenutzt. Es war kalt, weil die Klimaanlahe nicht richtig heizt. Wir haben uns dann auf eigene Kosten einen Heizlüfter gekauft. Warmes Wasser gsb es nur durch die Boost Funktion und 15 bus 30 Minuten das Wasser laufen lassen. Und dann war der Wasserdruck auch sehr gering.

Another fantastic stay in Sirena Sunrise, great new bathroom, everything we needed, the spartment is accessable to a great resturant with good food & entertainment, local mino market withh all you need, ample parking, lovely area, away from the crowds but close to all amenitied,Steve & Bev are excellent hosts, 3rd time staying with them & counting down the weeks to our next visit

Overall we enjoyed our recent stay in this apartment in a good location in Paphos. The complex is nice, good sized swimming pool, nice guests, some of which own their apartments. The only minor negatives which might affect some people, not enough to take the rating down from 5 stars, are that on the road outside where the balcony is, there are 2 large bins that tend to fill up very quickly after they're emptied & can look unsightly. Also there wasn't much in the way of cleaning products available when we arrived, obviously it's self catering so maybe it's expected that you buy your own stuff but a few items kept in stock in the apartment would be nice for future guests in our opinion. The contact with the owners was good throughout our stay helping to sort out any issues we had, we would return here again.

Fantastic Apartment

Great 2 weeks. Everything we needed to hand! Pool a must, no bed wars like at hotels. All very clean. 10min walk to sea, lots of restaurants & bars! Everyone very friendly

Have just spent the past 4 weeks in this beautiful apartment. Couldn’t fault it in anyway - in fact, we have already booked for next year!Communication with the owners was problem free. Lovely apartment

Wonderful week at Serena Sunrise apartment.Everything you could possibly want in an apartment kitted out as home from home. Spotlessly clean beds really comfortable everything worked as it should. Supermarket very handy for bits with larger supermarket about 30 mins walk. I would personally hire car for my next stay as local buses not overly reliable but apart from that it was faultless. Great communication with Beverly host. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you.

Back in our happy place

Back for our annual holiday in this amazing apartment. Was lovely seeing all the new additions that have been added since our last stay. New settees were oh so comfy. New Fridge freezer was great as was the new oven. Wonder what is next on the home improvement agenda So pleased the cool box was still there, as we used it every single day. We did however have to hang a quilt cover over the curtains so it blacked out the bedroom a bit more for the early sunrise (maybe have blackout blinds/curtains fitted). Pool looked clean as usual with new sun loungers around, though we STILL haven’t been in the pool. Seemed to be a few more using the pool this year, yet we never heard anything. Amazed to see more apartments being built close by but they never impacted our stay at all. Added bonus attraction which Linda didn’t like too much was being woken in the early hours due to a 4.9 Earthquake that shook the buildings. Communication before/during and after with Beverley was 100%. Countdown for our return in 2025 has already begun.

Excellent appartement et hôtes

Les instructions d'arrivée ont été très utiles pour trouver l'appartement. Au début, nous avons souffert de la chaleur à l'intérieur de l'appartement à cause d'un problème de climatisation principale dans le salon. Stephen et Beverly ont été présents et très réactifs. Ils ont fait intervenir leur gérante pour voir si le problème venait d'une mauvaise manipulation de notre part puis d'un technicien. Nous n'avons pas eu de chance, la climatisation étais hors service. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur réactivité pour essayer de résoudre le problème. Stephen et Beverly sont des personnes très correctes et honnêtes. Il est facile de communiquer avec eux. L'appartement est très bien et bien équipés. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut en cuisine et linge de maison. Nous avons même trouvé des chaines française, ce qui nous a permis de regarder les JO. La piscine est très agréable et jolie. Nous avons passé de très bons moments avec nos enfants en rentrant le soir de notre journée de balade. Nous recommandons à 200% cet appartement. Merci à Stephen et Beverly de nous avoir hébergé.

Beautiful home from home

The apartment is spacious, light and clean. The kitchen very well equipped with anything you might need. New fridge. Even a steam mop to clean the floors after kids run in wet from the pool, to grab money for the ice cream van. The balcony is really big too with chairs and a table. The pool area is immaculate with plenty of sunbeds. The location, a short walk from the promenade, and even closer a lovely restaurant where we dined regularly and a supermarket. Beds are comfortable, sofas are lush. Lots of tv, channels, WiFi hi speed. We loved it, will happily return any time. Thank you.

Great few days

Great location as we hired a car, no problem with parking, if you don’t hire a car be prepared to walk Apartment was lovely and clean and well equipped,although we felt the bathroom is in need of an update but was t detrimental to us enjoying the apartment. Pool area is great, and quiet most of the time, didn’t have any issues getting sunbeds even though we aren’t early risers . Just 1 bar with great food and cocktails nearby and 1 small supermarket for the essentials within a 5 minute walk , recommend if you’re on a late flight to ask for the care package Overall great stay for me and my friend and our 2 late teen girls …. Thankyou Would defo stay again

Property was fantastic, no complaints at all. The only thing I feel I would like to see is a black out blind in the double room, mattress and pillow protectors and comfy mattresses for the sun loungers. The property has everything else. Would definitely use again.

Perfect apartment

The apartment met all of our needs, beds and pillows were comfortable and aided for a good nights sleep. New sofas were extremely comfortable. Complex is within a 10 minute walk from bar street so close enough to get too but far enough you don’t hear any noise at night. Communication with the hosts was impeccable. All questions and queries answered promptly. A perfect stay for us
