"Aclaro era fin de semana largo. Pasaba la tormenta Nalgae. El servicio en el restaurante en la noche fue pésimo. Estando vacío el tiempo de espera fye de 45 minutos. Pedí comida al cuarto de li que habia en el menú pero no lo tenían disponible. Terminé cenando un café y un pedazo de cake. El servicio del café siempre fue eficiente La habitaciones ampluas. Buen aire acondicionado. "

"This is a very luxurious vacation. I wasn’t expecting a lot when I booked blindly but it was so worth it. My only regrets is that we didn’t stay longer. The food is superb, the location is the best, the staff and amenities were great. It’s better than booking a luxury chain hotel. This is a great discovery, you should try. My only suggestion, bring some snackable and small bites/quick meals since once you are inside you kinda just wanna stay and not go out anymore and their high end in house...

"Surprisingly the room is spacious! The staffs are the heart of this hotel! Always smiling, courteous, attentive and helpful! Shout to this kuya who assisted us and my elderly mom since we arrived. I just forgot his name! The breakfast is great! Was surprised that there were additional selection like soup, waffles and fruits aside from the cooked food! The toilet only need some love and updating! Overall can be recommended as it can accomodate 4 people in a spacious room with free breakfast!...

"Amazing view of Taal Lake! If the property was good, it would have been a pleasant stay. We had trouble requesting for extra beds even though we called in advance and reminded the staff upon arrival. I won't go into details because this was eventually sorted after several calls close to midnight. Use of pool and all amenities have extra charge of minimum 500php per person, and some charge per person, per hour usage.
