"1. No prearrival communication. I had to call the day before to find out what was going on "call me when you arrive" was the answer 2. Amenities not great: no waste bin in the kitchen, washed up crockery left out on the drainer, bathroom dirty, toilet seat not fitted to the toilet 3. The beds were nice and well made up 4. "Amazing stay, staff super friendly, great size apartment with all this amenities you could need. Fantastic location and felt safe walking late at night even though it’s off the main streets, bed comfortable. Great shower, would highly recommend. Overall soundproof but may need earplugs "

"We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. "
