When we ask staff they said auto lock...auto lock the door after 12pm not before 12pm. And give extra 10 or 15 min to check out...And staff saw us going up but never stop us to unlock."

"Clean new hotel however ensure you have extra cash as you are required to leave a deposit, plus taxes, plus extra deposit if you need an extra key. Also, housekeeping were banging doors very early in the morning!!! Ask for a room that doesn’t face the restaurant as it’s also noisy all night "

"Calling this a "boutique" hotel is definitively over-reaching, but it is fair as a 2-star hotel. We found an ironing table in the hallways, yellow stains in some sheets and in the washing basin, refrigerator was broken and had a misty smell inside and windows were poorly isolated so we heard passing traffic throughout the night. Staff was very friendly and helpful, though."

"I’m genuinely confused how this hotel maintains a 4–5 star rating because our experience did not match that standard. To be fair, the bedding and towels were exceptionally clean, which we appreciated. And while even one or two cockroaches is not ideal, we are in Malaysia and understand that can occasionally happen in tropical climates. However, several issues were simply unacceptable. The room had no toilet paper provided maybe a few squares left on an empty roll and zero back up at all, which...

"The owner asked to text to collect the check in info but don't reply until the next day. The room is barely clean and all furniture are old and dusty. The sofa and carpet were so dirty. The bathroom is molded. It required rm100 deposit to be paid and took 2 days to refund. Worst of all, 2 of my credit cards details being hacked I believe is the WiFi. "

"Room floor was bit sticky to begin with. Whole room only has one sink and you brush your teeth, wash your hands after your toilet activities and wash your utensils there. First time I have to do these activities in one sink lol"
