Clean and spacious. Perfect for a family. One downfall was poor lighting in the bathrooms for makeup application.

Panorama Days trip for Greenfield Lions Club
The only problem I had was it was like sixty-eight degrees in my room, I found the thermostat and turned it up, but it stayed at sixty-eight degrees, so it was just a little cool. I thought the beds were too soft, maybe the next time I rent a room I will try a different room. Was very clean and all the fixtures looked like new.

When the power went out at the entire motel, there was no one on duty to report it to. They leave the desk at 5pm. Phone calls went straight to voicemail. The power went on (for seconds at a time) and off over 5 hours. A bartender at the lodge said this happens all the time. When I checked out in the morning, the clerk insisted it wasn't their fault and couldn't care less that my elderly mother was unable to sleep because she requires a cpap and oxygen. Very rude. The rooms also smelled like mildew. Also, Lake Panorama is a PRIVATE lake and not available for boating or anything else. I do not recommend this place.

The only thing I had a concern with that the cleaning people were trying to push the customers out around 730 so they can start cleaning. This was a Sat/Sun stay.

What a hidden gem!
I did not have super high expectations, and the intention of this stay was casually for sleeping purposes after a music festival. I completely under estimated this place. It’s not fancy or modern, but the cleanliness and service make up for all that BY FAR! Food at the clubhouse was great, and the bar is well stocked. I would definitely return for a lake trip!

Great location for the golf course. Property is dated, but fine for us. I wish you could access the room from outside as well as inside the building.

Everything was clean. Very outdated. Check in is in another building. No room service due to Covid. They leave a bag with clean towels outside the room. Very quiet.

Overnight stay
The site did state that check in was from 3:00-5:00 but I overlooked this. I did not see any direction on how to check-in when the desk was closed but thank goodness I was working at the local bank and she knew that th key would be left in a box. I never would have found this. A phone call from the front desk would have been helpful. The room was clean but very out dated for the cost. I did get out and take a walk around the golf course and lake which was quite lovely and peaceful.

Quiet. Room 11 had very low water pressure in the sink and shower. We did report to front desk, so hopefully it gets taken care of. Picnic tables could use sprucing up. Nice large room.

Would stay again
We only stayed one night, but it was good. The staff was very friendly. The rooms could use some updating and the water pressure wasn’t the best, but nothing that would keep us from staying again. The area is quiet and peaceful. The food was decent. Would like to stay longer next time and enjoy some of the amenities.

Great hotel - very clean! The only complaint we had was that the room had a door to go onto a decked area but the door was “not a working door” according to staff - it would have been nice to sit out on the deck at night. Overall it was a nice place to stay!

Room was large and clean, except some weird stuff on the door. Country club atmosphere, including being treated like a valued guest, instead of the usual coldness from the average person behind the front counter of a motel. You can use the resort pool. I even found a nice Titleist golf ball in the grass near the door. The club restaurant food was good, but over priced.

The information on the internet was helpful. Check in was fine. The problem was the cleanliness of the room. When I entered, it felt a little musty, but I figured running the AC would resolve that. But then I started noticing the other problems: a used towel on the shower rod, hair on the bathroom floor, deteriorated linoleum in the bathroom, the sink faucet had not been "shined," what appeared to be a booger on the headboard, and what really grossed me out was when I dropped my glasses between the bed and the nightstand -- when I retrieved it there was a large and gross "dust bunny" on it. I can understand some of this, but not all of it. While I've never reviewed a hotel before, what motivates this review is that even though I reported it, a week later they haven't followed-up! At check-out, I calmly told the clerk that my room was dirty -- listing the specific problems -- and he made a note; but a week later, no one has followed-up. If cleanliness is a big deal to you, stay away!
