"This was the perfect Valentine's getaway weekend for us. I booked the stay as a surprise, and my partner loved it. We are already talking about coming back some time. It was tidy, intimate, and peaceful. We cooked over the fire the first night, then on the grill the next night because it was raining. Both days we saw ducks, geese, and deer. The drive in the mountains was lovely as well."

"gorgeous place up in the woods. you wont see a neighbor or traffic. nice little brook out back with an excellent sound. Front porch rockin' chairs were a favorite. Franklin WV is 4 miles away with a few restaurants and groceries if you care. Kitchen was great and had all the necessary things. turn off all the lights and step outside at night and it is pitch black except for the stars. WIFI was very handy and TV had Samsung streaming apps."

"We had such a wonderful time staying at this cabin with our family! It was the perfect mix of comfort and peace, and we truly felt like we were at a home away from home. The cabins were stocked with just about everything you might need, which was a huge relief in case we forgot something. "The house was as advertised and served as a great location for our retreat! We had a freak plumbing emergency, and the host fixed it within literally an hour. "

"well, the host was very nice, the area i rented was very nice. there was a small make shift kitchen, the bathroom was very nice. the whole place was very clean and organized. that being said, it was not at all what i thought i was renting. this is a furnished basement in a house where people live. i thought vrbo specialized in whole property rentals. i was trying to get away from people and i could hear them walking overhead. this put a big damper on my vacation. i paid a lot of money (to me)...
