"The room is great, clean and comfortable. Only shortfall is the chamber maid either forgot to check all the things before she leave, like the empty water bottles was not replaced on our 3rd night, no milk were replaced for coffee in the room. Otherwise is generally great staying there. The bath tub handle edge is a bit sharp, need to be careful when getting out from it."

"Grand lobby, impressive decor. Front desk assistant spoke English in soft tone and at times, unclear to me. Stayed at triple deluxe room on the 16th floor. The bathroom was flooded with water at least 2 inches in height. The water took at least half an hour to clear the bathroom. For a few stars hotel, this shouldn’t have happened!"

El desayuno es muy variado con grandes opciones de elegir desayuno oriental o europeo. E personal es muy amable y atento . Principalmente se hospedan gente de países árabes y asiáticos muy poco occidentales."

"Did not expect this hotel to be so wonderful. The room is clean and smell fresh. Everything looks new and cosy. They also have little notes in the room to encourage you like "You did not wake up to be mediocre" and nice pictures printed on cards. Main lobby is warmly decorated and corridor has soft lightings and paintings. You can tell they really put in good efforts to make the guests feel comfortable.
