Anniversary trip

The property was clean and as advertised. The beach cart was helpful when going to the beach as it is 0.26 mile walk to the beach sand. There are 3 accesses. One is ramp only, the other 2 have some stairs. Good to know for anyone with mobility issues. The townhome is well stocked, very clean, was accomodating. Everything worked. Sitting on the screened patio was nice. We enjoyed our time here over all.

Summer vacation

Family trip to Cape San Blas

We had such a great time this week!!! Overall location was perfect - a short drive to the nearest store and towards the state park. The unit was clean and perfect for us and our pets and kiddos. We loved being able to have our dog with us! Lots of dogs at the complex too. We enjoyed the beach and pool. The unit is in the back of the neighborhood as described and just a short walk to the beach - our kids are 6, 3 and 1 so we brought the older two scooters and pushed the baby in the stroller and it was perfect! The beach cart and chairs provided were appreciated. I also really appreciated the communication with Carolyn - we had an issue with the power one day (not the fault of the rental at all, weird accident where someone hit the power box!) but they were super quick to respond and even came out and personally assessed with the fire dept and power company!! We had a great stay and are already planning our next trip!!

Spring break 2023

We loved our time at Knee Deep in paradise. The house is clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked, very close to the beach. We enjoyed every minute. My kids loved the playground that is right in front of the property.

Family of Four

We Love staying at Barrier Dunes. This is our fifth visit to the Cape. We have two daughters age 21 and 18. They love having a pool to enjoy and the convenience to the bay. We always enjoy the community feel at Barrier Dunes. The townhouse was well decorated, extremely clean and the management team was very responsive. We will stay here again.

Absolutely Knee Deep In Paradise

Our first trip to Cape San Blas and it didn’t disappoint! Our condo was amazing and despite some crazy high humidity we had a wonderful time. The walk to the beach was simplified by fact that they had a cart to load everything up for one trip instead of several and an outdoor shower to de-sand before going back inside. The unit was full of small decorating details that we would discover throughout our stay and the screened-in porch with a fan was delightful to sit outside and enjoy the bit less humid evening’s. Very dog-friendly and our family left refreshed and recharged! Thanks again for sharing a slice of your paradise with us!

Great trip

This place was awesome. Great place to bring the family. The house was nice and VERY well maintained. Most places I've rented have had some defects, some minor and a few that weren't minor. That shows me that this company cares about their properties and guests.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Family spent a week at Cape San Blas and we were thrilled with our stay at the townhouse. Great accommodations, lots of space and we particularly loved the screened in porch. The management company was very responsive and wonderful. What a wonderful area of Florida to explore. I would come back and stay here ” again.

Great place!!

It was a great property & so clean! Plus we’ll stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Our family loved it very much it was like being at home. Plus we got to take our dog who enjoyed every minute of it too.

Perfect vacation spot!

We loved our trip to this condo. It was a short walk to the beach. Our dogs enjoyed walks around the gated community. It was very nice to have beach gear available so we were able to pack less for our trip! Our 2 boys loved the beach and the pools. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our trip to Cape San Blas staying in this unit. We loved being by the playground. The beaches here are beautiful, and we loved being able to walk around the neighborhood and letting the kids ride their bikes. Would stay here again.

Lovely home in cute community close to beach

We really enjoyed our stay in Knee Deep in Paradise. It rained the first three days of our trip. The house had plenty of space for us all to be inside comfortably all day long. The games and movies helped too. When the sun did shine we took advantage of all of the property amenities. The playground, pools tennis courts and beach were all so close and well maintained. The house has everything you need for your trip. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was well stocked. The beach closet was great with the wagon, chairs, umbrella, etc. I would definitely recommend Cape San Blas for a quiet beach trip and Knee Deep in Paradise for your place to stay!

Perfect beach stay

Wonderful two bedroom condo on Cape San Blas. Very clean and well-equipped — the kitchen in particular had everything we needed to cook meals for 4! We also loved the screened in porch and beach supplies. The only slightly odd thing is that the condo came with 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 towel per person. The property manager let us know in advance so we were able to bring our own, but it seemed a little stingy especially given how well stocked the rest of the house was. Overall, a great stay!

Weekend getaway

Had a brief but recharging stay at cape San blas. We brought out 11 year old dog who had never been on a beach before and it was so much fun watching her react to it! She acted like a puppy again. My wife and I enjoyed some long walks through the state park and on several nearby beaches. We made sure that we took in the sunset each and every evening. It was an extremely peaceful and relaxing getaway!!
