Overall, we are satisfied with our stay. The establishment was nicely decorated and offered beautiful views.However, there are some areas that need improvement:•Overall cleanliness: The property requires thorough deep cleaning, particularly the baseboards. There was sand on the floor upon our arrival. The bedding from previous guests was still on the sofa bed. Some pictures on the wall have accumulated thick dust.•The mattresses need replacing due to wear and visible ruts.•The kitchen garbage can was broken. The vacuum cleaner did not function effectively, and the broom was very frayed and inefficient.•The dryer vent was damaged at one end and frequently caught our clothes. We had to wrap the end with dryer sheets constantly to prevent this issue.•The sliding door in the main bedroom requires repair.Regarding the building itself, it is in need of significant TLC. Additionally, there were no security cameras in the general areas near the elevators.Despite the issues above, we really enjoyed our stay. The location itself was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities, which added value to our overall experience. With the aforementioned improvements, Anchors A Wave @ Laketown Wharf would have earned a 5-star rating.

Condo was clean, comfortable, amenities were within walking distance or a short ride, pools area were well lit at night and clean, private walk way to the beach, weather was awesome and we had a great time at Thunder Beach Bike Rally Spring 2025

Roach infestation

The property itself was very nice. The company was very professional and easy to work with. There was a terrible roach infestation. If they could get the roaches taken care of i would give 5 stars

Perfect Beach Getaway!

My group of 7 plus a one year old had the best experience at this condo. It was stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, plates, cups, coffee, small appliances, and so much more. I really appreciated all the beach supplies they provided as well. The view was incredible even though it was across the street. It was so convenient to be able to just walk downstairs for breakfast and dinner and pineapple Willie’s was a short walk. No wait for any restaurants on site and the pools were not crowded at all. Overall my stay was a 10/10 experience.

Beautiful condo! Beautiful view! Loved all the pools for all ages. Easy walk to Beach. Communication was the best we have ever had. Even Twin beds had privacy to a jack and Jill bath room connected to one of the king bedrooms. The only downside is the waiting on the elevators. Enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Stay

The golf course didn’t have any equipment and it didn’t say that on the listing. The floor needed to be cleaned. The bump beds listed weren’t accurate. Check in process for the line was long. Overall the property was wonderful and included everything you may have needed.

Girls (And kids) Trip 2023

3 Nurses and their children taking a much needed beach trip! The balcony was our gathering place, so much space and such a great view! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was very easy to get around the property, and the beach was easily accessible. We all decided we would definitely keep this place in mind for future trips!

Awesome condo!

The condo was great - lots of space for 4 tween/teens and 4 adults. Had everything we needed, was in great condition, very comfortable! We only had a long elevator wait twice the entire week - it really wasn’t bad at all! However, we will never come back to PCB during this time of year. Because it wasn’t college spring break time, we expected it to be mainly families enjoying school spring. The beach and property were full of high school spring breakers. Police everywhere. Smell of weed everywhere. Had to walk through thousands of kids to get to a quiet spot on the beach away from the partying, swearing, etc. I never felt comfortable allowing my kids to go anywhere on property unchaperoned. Horrible traffic. It just wasn’t the relaxing vacation we were expecting.

Great Place!

Really enjoyed this condo- very spacious and perfect size for 3 adult couples and a child. The king beds in each rooms were great so no one had to squeeze, as well as everyone having their own bathroom. Views were great being that high up on the 18th floor. The condo building itself was nice but needed some maintenance. The company the rental was through (Forever Rentals) was absolutely incredible. They were super prompt with responses and the check in process was very easy. They sent ample emails with good information leading up to the stay, as well as a phone call once we got checked in to ensure everything was good upon arrival. Would definitely stay with this rental company again!

FUN WEEKEND

We came for a world softball tournament. The amenities were fabulous, the condo was perfect, and the view was very nice! No issues at all! Could not have been more perfect!

The condo was nice with the exception of 1 bedroom...appeared that the sheets had not been changed after the last guest. Hair and crumbs were in the bed. Other than that everything was clean. The elevator situation is HORRIBLE. I understand this is not the owners fault and is beyond their control but it was definitely a deal breaker for us. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes unless you are using them early in the morning. 2 working elevators for a building that size is ridiculous.

Great location and view / few minor problems

For the price and location can't really complain too much. Everything looked nice only few problems. Check in - no toilet paper throughout place. Handle to balcony was cracked on arrival and broke off on first day (not by force, but literally the first use of it.) Have pics if requested email Glennd1996@gmail.com and I can send it. The master bathroom toilet leaked water from underneath. It had like two planks propping the toilet in the back where the water would leak from. Water heater tank was small. Can opener was broken. Very minor problems honestly the location and view made up for it. Overall extremely pleased with the experience and would rent again in the future ,

One of the nicest places we ever stayed. Would rent this exact condo time after time.

Best place ever! Owner thought of everything and even had a floor fan in all bedrooms and we all need fans to sleep and was shocked to find I didn’t have to go buy three. Large and spacious place. We will stay again and tell all who are looking for a wonderful place on the beach
