Beautiful Home in Perfect Location

This place was excellent. Lots on amenities and location to beaches was great. We did have a couple of issues when we got there. TVs had no sound. Property management came out the next day and installed a soundbar and it was fine. We did have an issue with the icemaker. No ice. We called and property manager sent someone to look at it. He could not fix it. They sent someone else out and he could not repair either. He said he would have an appliance guy come out. We were given a time range for the next day. Never happened. We finally just bought bags of ice instead of spending our day waiting on someone to show up. Ice is a necessity on a beach vacation. I am thinking that they should have offered to bring over bags of ice. Would have helped the problem and they could have replaced icemaker at another time.

Beautiful Kitchen, Living room beach decor. Very attractive wall art and decorations above the cabinets. Very impressive and comfortable. Enjoyed our 8 night stay very much.

1st stay in Port Saint Joe and we were questioning why we’ve never been there before. The house was beautifully decorated and fit us perfectly. Great trip other than I think one of the girls left a little black dress in the washer? Kids!

Great space...

We enjoyed our time at Seas the Day. The space was as advertised and had all the things we needed. Everyone in our family commented on the comfort of the beds. My only disappointment was that we had to leave early due to the MANDATORY hurricane evacuation. We did not purchase travel insurance and were told that we could not receive a refund for our final two nights, even though the evacuation notice was mandatory. I think that is a poor policy!

Great location

This location was smack dab between Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach. We enjoyed being able to get to both places quickly. We also loved having a pool nearby. We will probably come back.

Loved our stay

This house was so clean! It was prettier than the pictures and had everything we needed! We loved the snippet ocean views from the upstairs screenporch! It was fun to bike around the little neighborhood! My kids loved the pool and hot tub! It’s a great spot with Mexico beach on one side and port st Joe and all the shops and restaurants on the other side! Will book again next time we come!

Great location

Great location with a short drive to the public beach access. Quiet neighborhood during the off season. We liked the unit. I’m not a fan of memory foam beds, so bed wasn’t very comfortable. The add on fees were much lower than similar units in the neighborhood, so we saved a few hundred dollars. We would say here again for sure.

Clean and Convenient in Port St. Joe

We wanted a place for a fair price with community pool access for late afternoons. We did not mind being away from local beaches at Cape San Blas and St. George Island. We spent our days out and about, evenings in nearby St. Joe downtown at restaurants. And a couple of early afternoons at the clean property pool and large in-ground hot tub. Perfect for our family who cooks breakfasts and packs our own lunches too when we vacation.

Seas the Day stay

Overall it's a nice unit. Some things need to be attended to. Upstairs carpet is badly stained. Front porch screen handle is broken. Ice maker wasn't working. There are no beach items to use so bring your own if you can. The view from 2nd story porch is very limited by trees. The unit is very nice though and has everything you need for cooking.

Nice place ; centrally located

Nice place, very well stocked kitchen and central to most driving destinations. Nice, clean community with 2 nice pools and a hot tub. If you’re distnce walkers, there really is no place to walk unless you walk along the highway towards Windmark. Windmark Beach is a real nice walk, just really needs to be driven to. Area beaches are beautiful; definitely worth the drive to Cape San Blas. Thanks!

Relaxing vacation

Home was nice and comfortable. There was a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood and surrounding area. Neighborhood is located in a very quiet area with not much around you. Home not as well stocked as others we have stayed in. Perfect for a nice relaxing vacation.

Excellent comfortable place to stay in Port St Joe

The place is very nice, clean and comfortable. Pretty close to central Port St Joe. The instructions for the property noted that parking passes were required to park there. We could not find any passes and tried to contact the rental company with no response but we didn’t end up have any issues. Also no trailers are allowed in the complex, which is noted on the listing but makes it difficult to enjoy the bay. Recommend contacting Bayou RV and Storage for temporary boat storage while there. They were awesome.
