Location was great. Maintenance was great. Property management was fine. Owner operational priorities and attention to the guest experience is horrible. We had no dishwasher the entire week. The property manager admitted and confirmed repeated issues over the past weeks and months with the dishwasher failing. Instead of maintenance repairing or replacing it, the owner refused to allow them to fix it opting to instead rely on a slow and poor appliance warranty service. Obviously the owner cared more about saving a few dollars then providing a quality guest experience on their vacation. On top of that, other owner responsible issues, not maintenance, such as a broken Keurig that did not work, a terribly uncomfortable master bed with a huge lump in the middle, and a large piece of patio furniture with a broken leg that couldn’t be used. More neglect from the owner who seems to “step over a dollar to pick up a nickel”, zero care about her customers, and hamstrings her property manager. At least the property manager recognized this bad experience and helped with a small credit to offset things a bit. Find another unit in this building and you’ll be fine.
