We loved our stay at this condo! It was so clean which was very important for our family of 5. The beach views from the very large balcony were incredible. The pool and hot tub were nice. No complaints. The parking is very tight but Marc did a great job sending out documents and instructions on how to park prior to our arrival so we had no issues at all parking, it's just tight. Highly recommend!

1st and Last time

We read the reviews about parking, but they did not do it justice. It was a nightmare. We had 2 vehicles and there were no parking spots in the overflow or the paid lot. The owner told us to leave our vehicle at the Walmart parking lot. I wonder if the owner would feel safe leaving his vehicle at Walmart for 2 weeks. After driving around for an hour, someone finally left and we got 1 spot in the paid lot. The elvators were broke constantly. The maintenance person working on the elevator screamed at everyone on the elevator. There is no one present at the condo for security or management. I have never been to a condo that has 0 personnel on site. If you take your kids your crab hunting after 10, you will be locked out of the property. We had to walk barefoot through the public access site to the road. We talked to many families, not 1 family said they would be back again. All of the guests we talked to were unhappy with the property. The room itself was nice. The balcony was amazing, but not for all of the issues with the property itself. This is also the part of PCB with a lot of problems. The police are constantly on the beach trying to keep us safe. Our last night there was a shooting while we were on the balcony, people were running with their children screaming. Luckily no one was hurt.

Host was very responsive. Provided information on local restaurants, extra beach towels, nice beach chairs and both a drip coffee maker and a keurig. Parking is a challenge but host informed us that and offered to reimburse cost if had to move second vehicle to city lot.

Perfect for large groups!

This place is gorgeous! Very spacious for larger groups. The condo was clean, no complaints there. Parking is rough, but it’s manageable. We did have some minor issues with the microwave but the host was able to sort that out relatively quickly and responded to my messages timely as well. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

Great views, nice condo, little dirty

This condo was nice with beautiful oceanfront views. We were disappointed in the cleaning crew - or lack there of. We found kids swim trunks hanging up in one of the bedrooms. In our first night there we had to go to Walmart and get a mop and bucket and mop the floors as my crawling infants hands, knees and feet were black with dirt. We loved the condo but were not impressed with the cleaning of the condo. The condo owners are very responsive to any questions/concerns you may have. Of the 7 days we were there, PCB had double red flags 6/7 days and we could not get in the ocean. This is of no fault of the condo owners but was nonetheless frustrating as surrounding beaches were not closed. I believe PCB is being extra cautious with the number of drownings they have had - but something to be aware of when booking in PCB

Prperty was clean, location wonderful, and manager communication with us was great. Parking slot allocated to us not accessible for our rental SUV. Luckily, we were able to park across the street. We hope to return again next year to this area. Thank you.

Spring break getaway

Condo was just as described, had an amazing view! Plenty of room for our party of 9. The only negative was the tight parking at the condo, which we were warned about in reviews and the email from the owner. Marc was very reaponsive. I would stay again!

Beautiful Home With The Best Views

Amazing views!!! The beach is literally downstairs!!! I loved everything about this home and stay!!! The only thing that I didn't like was the tight parking spaces there is parking right across the street that you also can use. I suggest if you have a low car not to go into the parking garage because it damages your car. I would stay here again!! Thanks!!

Perfect beach paradise!

This condo is gorgeous! It is updated with new appliances, kitchen, bathroom, etc. It is very spacious and well equipped. The balcony is huge and has an amazing view. The owner was quick to respond with any questions. It is centrally located to several restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and will definitely book this place again in the future. Thank you for letting us stay at your beach paradise!

Wonderful girls trip

This was our annual 8-girls trip, all retired friends for over 40 years. This condo was as advertised, very roomy for all of us. The balcony was the most used space for us, loved watching the sunset every night. Good location to shops, and restaurants.
