Very good. Great location. We think the 5pm closing of chairs and umbrellas is too early. Even for an extra fee, a 6 or 7 pm closing would be great for us beach goers.

Great getaway

We've stayed at Emerald Beach several times and this, by far, was the best condo we've had. My kids loved all of the beach toys and accessories and I liked having a full size washer and dryer!

Spring break 2025

We had a fantastic time! The condo was perfect and even had a closet with 4 beach chairs and toys for the beach. The pool at the resort was so nice, we spent a lot of time back there after visiting the gulf or activities. The kids could play without worry and were always within eye. Hoping to be back next year!

Great location.

The location at the end of the building meant we just had a few steps to the elevator and then quick access to an area of beach to set up our tent. We liked the 2 king sized beds. We would recommend the condo to friends.

Everything was great! Loved how the unit was kid friendly. The only disappointment was the pools being so far away from the beach. However, the pool area was absolutely fabulous with plenty of seating and kid atmosphere! Very easily maneuvered through the building.

The condo was super clean and well stocked! The management was super responsive via text. It was very crowded this time of year in PCB but the location of Emerald Beach Resort is within walking distance to several area restaurants and shopping. We all really loved the amenities of the resort and enjoyed both pools, outdoor games, the Sky Bar and of course Starbucks. We will definitely be back!!

A Week In Paradise!

We absolutely love this condo! It was perfect for our family of 6! The 2 pools are amazing! There is a bar, a snack bar with pizzas , ice cream, etc, Starbucks, and souvenir shop all onsite! Runaway Island is one of our favorite restaurants and it's walking distance right next door! :) The condo is well stocked with everything you need to cook. I actually never left the condo for the first 3 days we were there except to walk next door for dinner and across the street to get doughnuts for breakfast! :) We will be booking this condo again!

Overall great experience. We did have some issues with elevators (1 out of 4 were working during our stay). We sometimes waited 15+ minutes. Aside from that, no complaints.

Lovely views

The condo is nice. The views are amazing. Plenty of room on the balcony. I could have stayed out there all day. It’s walking distance to several restaurants and shops. We loved A’more donuts. Their donuts and sandwiches are delicious. The downside is the walk from the parking garage to the unit. The elevator wait times were frustrating when we were there. Some of the time it took 5 minutes, other times it was over 20 minutes. We loved the beach and the pool. A map of the resort would be a nice touch. It took us some exploring to figure out where everything was. Overall we had a lovely time. PCB is a fun, family friendly city. Pier Park is great and St Andrew’s state park is beautiful.

Awesome condo

Condo was great, 6th floor, not long wait for elevators. Loved the skyway bar, My wife won 4 times playing bingo. Loved the recliners. Plenty of water playthings in the closet. AC worked great. Response to our smoke detector was very quick. Owners brother came out in 15 minutes .

Great condo pick

The condo was great for our family. Pack and play was a great addition. Lots of sand toys. Close to trash deposit. Elevators did not take long. Lots of pots and pans to cook. Washer pods, dishwasher pods, dish soap. Wish there were more wash cloths/hand towels for dishes. Floor got a slippery from humidity probably. Bring lots of socks. Beds were comfy. Great view. Quiet resort.

Incredible PCB Vacation Spot

The view alone is enough to make you want to stay here but the condo is beautifully decorated and immaculate. The beds & pillows were so comfortable. We only ate out one night during the week and cooked all other meals in the well equipped kitchen. All the appliances were in great shape. We used the laundry room almost daily. Condo is conveniently located immediately off the elevator. The trash shute is literally right across from the condo's front door. Beautiful deck furniture to enjoy the ocean views as well as sunrises and sunsets. I don't have a single negative thing to pass on about this condo. Property owners were immediately responsive and caring. You will definitely LOVE staying here and will be upset with yourself if you don't!😉

Great location

The reviews I read were very accurate. Kenn was wonderful to deal with and the location was great. The condo has very functional space and the kids loved the bunk beds. Loved that it’s an end unit near the elevator but far enough away to not hear the noise. The view was great and it was an elevator ride to the beach and pool entrance. Saturday was the only day that was busy for the elevators. The downside was that the furniture and decor desperately need updates. Everything is dated and worn. The couches are extremely uncomfortable and the bunk beds were rickety and there is a screw missing on the top bunk railing which made me a little nervous about how long it will stay attached (I never mentioned it to Kenn but might be easy to fix). Loved the blackout curtains. With a little attention and not a lot of money this place could be amazing. Loved having two pools to choose from with very different vibes for each and the game room area near the pool by the garage was a ton of fun. It was a busy area and you had to set up your beach items first thing in the morning to be right in front of the water, but the crowd was worth it to be so close to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. We had a wonderful time and it was a good price for what we got.
