This condo is well located but bare bones. Bring what you need because there’s not much here. The condo has a serious aroma of mold that was unavoidable. The condo is really loud too- you could hear the neighbors upstairs every footstep and there is not much insulation at all in the condo.

The condo was very nice. The location was quiet, the parking was convenient, and the bikes were useful. We would stay here again. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, but no staples - not even a salt shaker.

Great Property

This property was perfect for my husband, three year old, and me to enjoy a short five day stay in Rosemary Beach. The property manager and staff were great about answering messages and communicating prior to our arrival. We will definitely stay again!

Easy Stay on 30A

We got a text saying our place was ready before our flight took off from home. No issues with keys, house was as described. Bikes were waiting for us. Easy ride to Rosemary, Secrest, beach and pools. Thank you for working with us to extend our stay a few days longer-glad we did!

Rosemary Beach

Area was beautiful, house in great condition. Great space for my family of 5 to spread out in. Didn’t love that we only got 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 5 day stay with 5 people. Also there were no cleaning supplies to keep up with cleaning. Also no chairs or umbrella for beach. We also had to bring our own beach towels, took up a lot of space in our luggage.

Perfect Location !

The property is at the back of rosemary . It’s across from a park , my kids road their bikes around and around as we set and watched them ! It’s a great spot - straight back and a few blocks from the square .

We really enjoyed our stay. This rental has great space for our family of 4. The bunk beds were a big hit. Great kitchen set up and having the ability to do laundry was very helpful.

Overall stay was great. Would recommend investing in more rugs throughout the rental property. With hardwood throughout, there are no rugs except for in the guest bedroom.

Great location but property really needs repair and refresh

We love Rosemary Beach and have stayed here at least 8 or 9 times for a vacation, and at least once or twice before in this specific property. Since our previous stay in this home, the flat has gone downhill and needs substantial work. When we arrived, we found only 3 forks, 5 teaspoons and 1 wine glass in the cupboards. Many of the dishes and glasses are chipped or cracked, so we set all of those on a higher shelf and worked with what was left. But the kitchen was well-equipped with good pots, pans, and simple appliances. Walls and woodwork need cleaning or paint. Stovetop needs good cleaning. Wobbly lamp in master bedroom, ugly patch on inside of door to master bath, mildew/mold in shower in master bath and black dirt came out of bathtub faucet when we tried to use it. Water damage in ceilings of both bathrooms. Front porch is in bad condition, with railings falling apart and rotting in sections, very dirty (we had to wash everything to just sit down) and cabinet that is broken and would not close. Many other dingy, broken or crooked items or shlocky repairs that just look tacky. Bed was very comfortable for sleeping. . We love Rosemary Beach, the flats and this particular location, but the property needs work both by the condo association for the exterior and owner on the interior. The property manager did promptly reply to our concerns on silverware and wine glasses, but the other issues are not things that are just a simple fix. This is not the quality that you expect in Rosemary Beach or from the photos. The property manager mentioned that she thought that the owner was going to do major work next fall or winter. We hope so, because we would love to stay here again after they catch up on long-deferred maintenance and repairs.

Enjoyment with issues

Check-in and Communications with Jacqueline were top-notch; she is a keeper for sure! Neighborhood was beautiful. The beach was wonderful. Inside: neighborhood WiFi very poor for phone and TV. TV very erratic and virtually useless. It is a bit worn down. Porch Bannister broken. Kitchen cabinet door hanging; chip on bathroom sink. Lamp shade holders loose. Two rolls of toiler paper for 4 people for 4 days. No bars of soap. Mold on portions of primary bathroom walls. Stove top and sink had stuck food on them.

Nice Stay at Front Row House

House is located at the back of Rosemary Beach, about an 8 minute walk to the beach. Parking area with multiple slots is in the back. Neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Furnishings in living room need updating and show some wear on them. House was light on some amenities. (Only one soap in bathroom, only one face towel) Back Door needs painting. Had a nice stay, but it could be great with a few minor updates.

We loved staying here. Back of Rosemary and quieter. Had everything we needed. The only thing that would have made it better for us is if we could have brought our fur babies but it was a perfect place and we loved it!!

A few things

1. Directions in book on how to operate TV 2. Fix laundry door on hinges 3. Floor needed to be mopped. 4. Need more mugs. Master bed height was fine for us but could be a problem if more elderly. Liked already having the bikes, beach chairs all taken care of. We like the lack of clutter and found unit comfortable. Also trash can area needs to be marked. Our neighbors piled theirs in the parking by the AC😢

Mostly great. Kitchen needs updates

Check in was great, very clean, great location. The dishwasher did not work and we called twice. The oven door would not close so we had to put a piece of furniture in front of the door for it to stay on. Other than the kitchen issues, great place.

Walkable community

It was nice because we had 2 couples, if one wanted to sleep in and the other go walk on the beach or go grab coffee everything was easily walkable. We didn't even use the bikes mainly done alot of walking. House was very nice for the price for sure. We read some bad reviews about the beds but they were very comfortable. Their was some noise above us the last night but was not too bad. Would stay here again.

Great location. Quiet. Very clean cottage with really comfortable beds. Rosemary beach is a lovely beach and community. Loved that the bikes were included with the rental! Would definitely go again!

What my 3 YEAR OLD found...

PROS: Plenty of space for our family of four. Shops, restaurants, and pools are very close. Beach was a bit of a walk, but nice. CONS: Multiple guns were left by the previous tenant, one of which was discovered by our-three-year old. Fruit flies occupied our kitchen, living room, and occasionally my cup of coffee. Multiple roaches had to be disposed of in the few days we were there. Some of the outdoor furniture was broken, and some of the porch area appears to have rotted away. We tried to contact the property manager to confirm that the previous residents knew that the police had picked up their guns. We left a voicemail, but we never received a call back. This made us very nervous, since we did not want the previous tenants coming back thinking that they may still be on property.
