The unit was extremely clean! Had all of the basics ( until you could get to Walmart) to let paper, hand soap, detergent start up packs. The ocean view was GORGEOUS! This condo has the best parking! Out of 10 years of staying in PCB I have never had a nice covered NON HOT car to get in and out of! Also small details were appreciated like night lights that turn on only when big lights are off. Just a top notch unit and condo! Would highly recommend and we look forward to staying here again

The condo overall was good. The pool is very clean and not super crowded. Great access to the beach. The room however.. needs MANY updates for the price charged to rent it. When we arrived, the floors had sand all over them and the bottoms of our feet were black within the first 10 minutes. There was mold on the sink sprayer. The washer (where you put the detergent) was covered in mold. I used bleach and cleaned both, removing the mold. We found other peoples clothes and trash under the beds that looked like it had been there for awhile. The beds all felt like sleeping on concrete & the pillows had enough stuffing to fill a sock (maybe). The covers were thin and rough. 2 of the bedrooms couldn’t use their tvs because we weren’t able to find the remotes for them until our last 2 days. (They were under the bunk beds hid behind trash). The mop that was there looked like it was about 100 years old and was still covered in hair from whatever was cleaned with it before hand. The master bedroom sliding door will lock you out on the balcony because the lock locks itself when the door is shut. The couch was stained and had a smell. Overall we had a good time but the price isn’t worth it. Find a more updated condo in this building.

Perfect location

We saw shark, stingray and dolphins from our balcony and in the water! Perfect location to pier park and food/fun! Nice beach wasn’t crowded and can walk to everything!

Daughters senior trip vacay

We enjoyed an extended weekend in Panama City Beach at sunrise Beach. This was conveniently located near several restaurants Pierre Park and of course a beachfront view. The parking garage wasn’t necessarily ideal. I was Shocked there was no toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, or trash bags! I get this might be a cost saving mechanism but at any other condo I’ve ever stayed at there was at least some provided so be prepared if you’re going to stay, you need all of those necessities upon arrival other than that we had a great day and would most likely come back.

Wonderful!!

Right on the beach. Loved they had a heated pool and 2 hot tubs. Also the 2 beach chairs and an umbrella service we had was amazing. Never had to bring much out to the beach.

Nice condo

Nice location and condo. There was no extra bedding for the sofa bed only 2 pillows. There was a layer of dust on the entertainment center and end tables. Patio chair broken on the balcony.

Great condo great view

The condo was clean, nice and roomy for 8 people. The property was clean, staff was friendly, parking was very convenient. We never had to wait long for the elevators. The view was awesome.

This unit was great. During our stay was the yearly fire alarm testing. It would have been nice to have been informed ahead of time.

Our Stay

Overall our stay was great. We had great views of the Gulf from both our condo and the parking garage. Slight issue with the elevators the first few days (not the fault of the condo owner) but we all had a great time. Only thing is maybe have a few more rolls of toilet paper in the condo. We had 4 total rolls amongst the two bathrooms.

Roaches and mold

I cannot upload pictures but I have them, after we checked in we found roaches, I contacted the owner who replied the issue would be addressed immediately and no one every showed up, we bought our own bug spray to keep the roaches at bay, there was also mold and mildew on the vents, and a half inch of dust on the ceiling fans, we found trash and dirt under the couch and no mattress cover on the master bedroom bed, no extra blankets. Also the pillows were brown with sweat stains. Just beware that for the amount we paid we were very disappointed and disgusted especially with the roaches. And lack of concern about the roaches. Live and learn

Tastefully Decorated, Beautiful Views, Not very clean, Problematic Appliances

At first glance this Condo is beautifully decorated with amazing views, however problems kept adding up. The owners were very communicative and pleasant though! The first issue I had is the lack of cleanliness of the condo. Human feces were left in the master bathroom toilet, good thing I carry disinfectant sprays and bleach. The owner did apologize and offered to have someone come in the next morning, but I declined since I had already cleaned it. Be prepared to wear some sort of shoes/slippers because if not the bottom of your feet will be black and hard to wash off. There is no mop or dustpan for the broom. The cleaning fee is quite expensive and the Condo needs a deep clean, but should really be cleaned for each new vacationer. I moved the couch and loveseat, the floor was gross. I again had to contact the owner as the dryer made a horrendous loud noise when drying clothes. It also put some black staining on clothes. The owner stated the dryer is only a month old and under warranty so I am sure she will have it fixed or replaced. The dishwasher has a hard time getting the dishes clean. The microwave’s number display is moving inward when trying to press buttons. The kitchen is well stocked, but we had to buy our own spoons because there were none. Only one dish towel available and no kitchen wash clothes so we used a lot of paper towels. The master bedroom bed is not comfortable and the mattress was not protected. Beach service is available, which was wonderful, however the attendants were not very nice. The first morning we went down to reserve ours because they are first come first serve. When we came back down someone had taken ours. We did not have the same chairs and umbrella for the week, they changed daily. To be honest, this was the worst beach service we have ever had and we come to PCB yearly. This will be a nice place to stay once the appliances are fixed and if the condo becomes cleaner. Our family did not let this ruin our vacation and we did enjoy ourselves.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time. There was plenty of room for us. We had a 3 bedroom and it was great. From booking to checking in to leaving was a breeze. We most definitely would book this unit again.
