At first glance this Condo is beautifully decorated with amazing views, however problems kept adding up. The owners were very communicative and pleasant though! The first issue I had is the lack of cleanliness of the condo. Human feces were left in the master bathroom toilet, good thing I carry disinfectant sprays and bleach. The owner did apologize and offered to have someone come in the next morning, but I declined since I had already cleaned it. Be prepared to wear some sort of shoes/slippers because if not the bottom of your feet will be black and hard to wash off. There is no mop or dustpan for the broom. The cleaning fee is quite expensive and the Condo needs a deep clean, but should really be cleaned for each new vacationer. I moved the couch and loveseat, the floor was gross. I again had to contact the owner as the dryer made a horrendous loud noise when drying clothes. It also put some black staining on clothes. The owner stated the dryer is only a month old and under warranty so I am sure she will have it fixed or replaced. The dishwasher has a hard time getting the dishes clean. The microwave’s number display is moving inward when trying to press buttons. The kitchen is well stocked, but we had to buy our own spoons because there were none. Only one dish towel available and no kitchen wash clothes so we used a lot of paper towels. The master bedroom bed is not comfortable and the mattress was not protected. Beach service is available, which was wonderful, however the attendants were not very nice. The first morning we went down to reserve ours because they are first come first serve. When we came back down someone had taken ours. We did not have the same chairs and umbrella for the week, they changed daily. To be honest, this was the worst beach service we have ever had and we come to PCB yearly. This will be a nice place to stay once the appliances are fixed and if the condo becomes cleaner. Our family did not let this ruin our vacation and we did enjoy ourselves.
