The place was nice and good location and price for what I needed. However the air conditioner was not working in the front of the place . I had to keep the air much higher than I normally like to keep the whole place cool. I ended getting sick because the air was blowing on my face in the bedroom most of the time. Someone did come to look at it which he did call to notify me but didn’t notify me that the issue was not fixed and was coming back. I just came back one afternoon and noticed the front chair was not in correct position then I knew that he was back in the house and fixed it Overall I was pleased and would stay there again

Cute little place, great location!

This was the perfect place for myself and 2 kids (13,9). The location was perfect. Pool is right outside the back door, super easy beach access. We didn't try the sleeper sofa because the couch was so comfortable on its own my son decided just to sleep on it without pulling it out. The only thing I noticed was a lack of dish towels and dish cloths- there was only 1 of each and there was not a pot holder. We would definitely visit again!

Few issues

The property wasn’t bad and the check in was very easy but it was just OK. The couches were horrible and must have come out of a dumpster so if you plan to relax there, stay somewhere else. There was also a substantial ceiling leak all week. Management responded quickly and brought extra towels as we requested but we still had water dripping on us our whole stay. The pool was nice but the condo itself lacked natural light and resembled a cave.

Too much furniture

The couch and love seat need to be replaced, not much room in the bedroom. Maybe get rid of the tall dresser. It’s not the biggest place but location was great, close to the beach. The kitchen was nice. Had a bit of a problem connecting to the internet. Had a slight issue with the cable RV and Property management was very prompt.

Improvements needed

We really enjoyed staying in this place. Great location to public beach access(literally on the backside of the building). The bed frame was very unsteady and swayed with any movement whatsoever. However the mattress was very comfortable. The curtain in the bedroom was a sheer piece of fabric. With the window over looking the pool and another building, fluorescent lights could be seen all night. Minor improvements needed but overall a great stay!

Tiny and quiet

This is a very tiny condo located about 30 minutes from pier park. Its a very pretty property and just steps from a non dog friendly beach.. We brought our dogs so for us there was a lot of driving to take the dogs for walks and places to go with them.. Other than that nice place..

Zero concern for guest, huge ripoff!

Upon arriving at the condo, it looks very nice and would have been perfect for my stay. However, when I sat on the sofa, it was completely broken down in the middle and very uncomfortable. If this was only for a week, it wouldn’t have been such a big deal, but because I was staying for more than a month, I contacted Realjoy to address the issue. After repeated conversations that I have copies of through the chat feature, and being told that I was lying because no one else had ever complained about the sofa, and then a site visit from a Realjoy representative, no accommodation was made. I have been staying elsewhere and have yet to be contacted by anyone since the visit to followup with me and they refuse to refund my money.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was perfect for just my husband and me and loved that we got to take our dogs with us. Not having to worry about them while we gone was a huge relief. We we’re close to everything. We especially loved that we were only 250ft away from the beach.

Great getaway!

My daughter and I took a quick trip before school started. It was awesome. Beach is just a few steps away. Much easier than staying at a high rise. Condo was clean and sanitized. Checking in was a little difficult due to the code not showing up in the online portal. I had to call to get it. It’s pet friendly and our dog had a great time. The beach was not crowded and we had plenty of space to social distance. I would come back here again. I would not suggest more than 2 people as the beautiful furniture is very large for the space making it a little crowded. But overall we loved it.
