We loved it!

It was amazing! My husband and I went with our grandson. The condo is big, clean and beautiful. I had to hold myself back not to steal the mattress 🤣. It was so comfortable ! The balcony was very big and comfy. Always shaded which helps a lot especially in the summer. I will be back!

Great condo. I wasn’t sure about the recessed balcony at first, because it never gets direct sun….but this ended up being my favorite feature as you could always count on a cool shaded spot to sit and enjoy the ocean view.The starter supplies were very generous!The pillows were great!The property managers were easy to communicate with!

Celebrating 25th Anniversary

The condo was beautiful and had all of the amenities we needed. The location is perfect, close to the restaurants, but far enough from the business of the west side. Nate, who set up the chairs/umbrellas daily was wonderful and always met you with a smile. We had a pretty rainy week and the patio was the perfect place to be during those times.

Beautiful view, nice condo

We love this complex. Great views, nice part of PCB. My only complaint would be the TV in the master bedroom kept freezing & saying no wifi, no matter which app you tried to watch. But I did not contact the owner about this, so he wasn't given the opportunity to fix it. The place appeared clean, though we did see one cockroach. It is Florida though. We looked around and did not see any more. I did bring this to the owner's attention & he said he'd get the exterminator out ASAP. I think it'd be great to add a tote of some beach toys (bucket, shovel, etc) for the kids, but not a big deal. Overall, everything was great and we'd stay there again! Definitely recommend.

Lovely beach front condo

This was our first trip to Panama City beach, and this condo couldn’t have been more perfect. Beautiful property, roomy parking, and speedy elevators. Many condos feel packed with people, but this was the perfect combination of friendly people and plenty of space. The deck is perfect for morning coffee. Beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is beautiful and fully functional. The host was very responsive and incredibly friendly. Beach chairs were a huge plus!

Great location, beautiful beaches, enjoyed our stay

Wonderful location and really enjoyed our stay. My only feedback is the patio is a bit over crowded with furniture and could probably get rid of the lounge chairs. We also ran out of toilet paper. Just small things that were not a big deal just something to consider. We would definitely book again at this location.

Nice condo - away from the tourist heavy area

Super close to St Andrew’s State Park with the beach right there. This is the most accurate VRBO listing I’ve ever had! Often the pics are beauty shots and the furniture is heavily used. Definitely not the case here! I liked that it was in the less crowded East area but we could still get to to restaurants and activities easily. While I rarely go to the same place twice, I would with this one! Only spoke to Chase once, but he was great as well.

Perfect stay!

Absolutely met everything on our checklist; cleanliness, AC worked great, comfy King bed, essentials in the kitchen, easy access tv/wifi, private with beautiful decor, and spectacular view! The location is perfect for anything you could need as well. Loved our stay and hope to come back next year!

FAMILY VACATION - +2

PCB has been a family vacation spot for years...when our usual condo wasn't open for us +2 (my son's girlfriend, who had never been to the beach & my bf who only knew CA beaches) we found this property. It was perfect. The patio was fabulous and gave us many hours of evening bonding and the kitchen was a dream to cook in which we enjoy as a family. Quick beach access with chairs & umbrella (make sure u sign in with the dude each day) made this an absolute delight to stay and the hosts were awesome. Can't wait to come back!!!

Excellent quiet location!

Definitely worth the money and amenities are great. Pool substantial and beach is right there. Prestigious views and almost perfect. Multiple restaurants and things to do nearby. Was nice to be on the lower lagoon away from all the rustle and noise. Would stay here again!
