Easy vacation, great view, and relaxing vibes!!

The stay here made things so much more pleasant. It was clean, convenient, and the owners were easy to get a hold of. Will definitely stay here again. And the food at the poolside area was amazing!

Amazing place

We loved our stay and wish we could stayed longer. The place is spacious, spotless, beautiful decorated and amazing view! The kids had a blast in the water park. The ice machine in the ground floor is a plus so we could put ice in our cooler on the way to beach. I would stay there again!

This penthouse is amazing! Sitting on the top floor (21st), we loved the layout!Not only did we have the two main bedrooms, but we also had a set of bunk beds and a pull out sofa bed! It was just what we needed. The two bathrooms were nice and the large dining room table was awesome! Splash resort is now one of our favorites! It was so nice to have multiple pools, hot tub, kids splash pad and a lazy river! Check in was so simple, we arrived, used our code and our vacation began!!! Looking forward to next year! Panama City Beach 2025 was great!

Ayres Family Fall Break

The property is great for families. We had a wonderful time with our grandchildren. They loved the splash pad and the ice cream and doughnuts at the coffee shop. Alvin’s Island is right across the street which was great! Michael working the beach chair service was awesome. We loved our stay!

Very nice condo! Great place for a family to stay. Only complaint is there are only two elevators that stay very busy and it takes a while to get to the 21st floor. Their hot with no ac.

Great place for family or 6 or less

This was a great rental. Beautifully decorated. Very cozy yet upscale feel. Lots of activity for all ages and close enough to everything you would want to do outside of beach and pool. Great communication with property management. We will definitely be back!

Perfect!!!

Everything was PERFECT! Condo was clean and provided so much. My 6 y/o even found some beach toys to play with. The view was/is SPECTACULAR!!! Our stay was perfect! I especially appreciate James for allowing us to check in early. Great customer service!!!

The view was beautiful, it was also at the far west end which was quieter these are the reasons we booked this location. Be sure to pack dish rags (there wasn’t one there), dish soap, salt and pepper shakers, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap. Not that it ruined our trip having to get these, however had I known I wouldn’t have had to purchase each of these in PCB. They ask you to start the towels and dishwasher I would have anticipated that one pod of each would have been provided as you can’t just buy one at the store. Also purchase your own ice, there’s mold on the ice from the dispenser. Overall we had a fantastic trip, again we booked this for the view. I didn’t expect it immaculate, just full transparency and I could have planned better.

This Condo was Amazing!!

My family and I stayed here for a week. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook. The beds were comfortable. We LOVED the full size washer and dryer so we didn’t have to wash small little loads all the time like normal in a condo. Plenty of seating for us all. The view is to die for being on the 21st floor. The owners are great and allowed us to check in early and even had to come fix the bedroom sliding door lock which he sent someone that morning to fix it. The pools are great for kids. Easy beach access. The only downfall which the owner has no control over but just a warning for people- the elevators take forever and they have no AC in them. Pretty much no air movement at all and everyone we met in them complained about it too.

Bday get away

Sofa pull out was dirty (lots of crumbs, bottle tops, mattress needs replacing. Stained and moldy looking ) . Inside kitchen cabinets had crumbs in them, dishes needed rewashing, sofa cushions had food stuck on them. All was absolutely not a problem, was an easy fix! Not sure on the cleaning crew, if it was a normal occurrence… but they had children with them and there were multiple adults. Gentleman was not really friendly when we arrived ( we were a little early and were outside waiting, he abrupted opened the door and told us they were waiting on inspection, then makes the comment “ your check in time isn’t til 4 anyway”. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to do business with you again!

Amazing view

The penthouse was not quite what I was expecting. The unit was a standard 2 bedroom with perhaps a little extra space. There are bigger units within the resort around the same price. To me what makes the difference is the view, which I can say is amazing. We did spot dolphins every morning. The penthouse was clean and supplied with starter needs as stated in the description. You will need to bring all amenities garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, and obviously washing machine soap. We also had to purchase salt and pepper. The unit did have a spice rack but no salt or pepper. The unit is not updated with the latest and greatest but everything was functional and in great condition. The beds hands down were amazing. The sitting arrangement in the living room was less than ideal. You could sit 4 comfortably. The leather couch was not to my like and I ended up sitting on the balcony which mid to late afternoon is sweltering or laying in the bed. I would absolutely recommend the penthouse for the view. Now the resort itself is another story but I will leave that out of this and review on their site.

Super Penthouse Suite

Vacationing using VRBO is always a breeze and provides the most spectacular places. Our stay in Penthouse 2103W at Splash Resort was a hit with the entire family. The beach view, pool & spa amenities, poolside drinks & food, parking and staff all contributed to one of our best family vacations ever! Can’t wait to do it all again👍
