Beautiful views!

We love staying in Seachase when we come to PCB. The views are breathtaking. The condo was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the reclining couches were so nice. We did have a complaint, but it is no fault of the condo owners so we did not mention it to them. There's construction happening at the condo right now. We were awoken between 7-8am daily with loud noises from the construction and they went on until around 5-6pm every evening. It did take away from the vacation experience of sleeping in or sitting on the balcony to enjoy the sounds of the water. The handbook did note quiet hours from 10-10, but I don't think that applied to the construction crew. Again, nothing the owners can control, but it would have been nice to know that's what we could expect for our stay. Overall, the condo was great, we loved it and would definitely book again in the future once construction has been completed.

Great place to stay

VERY CLEAN....The condo was bigger than what I had expected and really comfy. You cant hear your neighbors so that's nice. The property manager was very nice. I would love to stay again!

Pros and Cons

Checkin was quick and easy thanks to Kendall. She was always quick to pick up and answered our questions immediately. The condo did represent the pictures. The view was wonderful, the kitchen well stocked with cooking needs. The appliances worked well and were all clean. Cons. The condo is of the older generation, some updates are evident. The woodworks doors all need a good scrubbing and painting. The master bed mattress is old and lumpy. The mattress pad has a rubber backing which also made it feel like a hospital bed. The sheets could be replaced also. The large pillows smelled musty, we took so smaller ones from another bed. I am fussy and like luxury bedding, so someone else would not have a problem? It would have been nice to have a salt and pepper shaker and a few coffee filters, maybe a few games and books. Pool is not heated. It was not a bad stay for us, but could have been better.

PERFECT Vacation Rental!!!

This condo was a dream! It was pretty, all the furniture was super comfortable, and everything was very clean. Best condo we've stayed in in a long time! We will be staying in this condo from now on!!

Great location and views are perfect

Totally worth it!!

Beautiful place. Everything we could’ve asked for, plus our pup tagging along. No long elevator waits or wild crowds. Fantastic views and hospitality. Absolutely recommend.

Perfect Vacation!

The condo was beautiful! The view is breathtaking! We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect! Quiet beach right out your door, away from the crowds, but still close to all the activities and restaurants.

OMG

We LOVED this unit, very clean and welcoming. The contact person Kendall was great to work with and quick to get back to me. If you're looking for on the beach this is your place to stay with wall-to-wall windows overlooking the Gulf and beach! Upgraded appliances and Funiture along with a cozy electric fireplace. We come to PCB yearly for Softball tournament and this will now be my go-to place when i come down there. It definitely was a 5 Star stay.

New Years!!

LOVED our stay at SeaChase! The view from the condo is AMAZING! Lots of room for a big family and it’s pet friendly! We will definitely rent again. Check in and communication was easy as it comes. Love the area of the condo, it’s away from the busy area but short distance to pier park and my most favorite place THOMAS DONUTS!!

REFRESHING RETREAT

LOVED THE GLASS FRONTAGE. THE INDIRECT LIGHTING WAS JUST MAGICAL THE HOSTS WERE AMAZING TO WORK WITH. ENTIRE CONDO WAS VERY NICELY DECORATED. THE CHAIRS AND TABLE ON THE PATIO WERE HIGH ENOUGH TO SEE OVER THE RAILING....TO SEE THE MOST INCREDIBLE SUNSETS. ENJOYED VERY MUCH.

Perfection!

The condo was very clean on arrival. Amenities were as expected for a VRBO. However, bring your own toiletries (shampoo and bath/shower soap). There was only one hairdryer in the unit which is permanently attached to the wall in one of the bathrooms. Other than those two trivial items, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return again without hesitation.

Loved the accommodations

Wonderful , relaxing Vacation

Great place to stay! It was very clean! The kitchen was supplied with about everything you could want! Loved the views from every room! Loved that the rooms were split too! Loved that we got two beach chairs & embrella with the rental!!
