Absolutely Gorgeous!

We’ve stayed in Rosemary many times and this is by far the best! It was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Check in was a breeze and communication was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is excellent. Steps from the beach and right in the center of the square on beach side of 30A. The hosts have the home set up perfectly for an amazing vacation in Rosemary beach. Highly recommended!

Incredible Spot for a Family Beach Trip!

We had the best time staying at the Rosemary Beach Luxury Condo in the Mercado! The condo was even better than the photos—super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt really high-end without being stuffy. It had everything we needed and more. Plenty of space for our whole family to spread out and relax, and the beds were so comfortable.The location is unbeatable. You're right in the heart of Rosemary—just steps to the beach, restaurants, shops, and ice cream (which our kids loved, of course). We could walk everywhere, which made things super easy with the kids. Morning coffee on the balcony while watching the town wake up became our daily ritual.Even though you're in the middle of everything, the condo was quiet and peaceful at night. We really felt like we had the best of both worlds.The host was awesome—super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave, and we’re already talking about when we can come back. If you're headed to Rosemary Beach, this place is a no-brainer!

Beautiful unit, decorated nicely, great location- close to pools, beach, shopping and dining. Nice split floor plan for privacy. Balcony is a nice bonus. We truly enjoyed our stay! We have lived in Florida our entire lives and did not know this gem of an area existed. We will definitely go back. Spacious unit. Kitchen well equipped but should have a blender for smoothies and protein shakes. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but we conquered it. There is a bar on the floor below that plays pretty loud music until late. We could definitely hear it in the unit. However, we were able to sleep in spite of it. Our only real complaint was that when we arrived, starter supplies were not provided by the housekeeping staff, and there were not enough towels. However the owner was very accommodating and had the items delivered to us relatively quickly. Door frames and doors need better cleaning between tenants, but, other than that, unit was very clean. Beds were comfortable. An excellent stay overall! Thank you!

Great layout!

Perfect configuration for multiple families as the gathering spaces separate the floor plan in to two ‘wings’. Perfect location in the middle of retail, restaurants, and entertainment. Host was very responsive to any request both before and during our stay. Be aware the assigned parking space was tight for medium size SUV.

Perfect Easter week getaway

This was our first time staying in Rosemary Beach for our annual spring 30A vacation, and this home was the perfect landing spot for us! The condo is beautiful and had just the right space for us all to be comfortable. Our kids loved the bunk bed room and toys available. The location to walk to the beach, several community pools, and Rosemary’s retail and restaurants was perfect. The elevator code needed to get up to 3rd level took some re-entries a few times but not a huge deal. Furniture in the bedrooms was dusty and one of the TVs didn’t work, but neither deterred from a wonderful & comfortable stay for all of us. There was construction occurring in the building (roof) that we didn’t expect, but overall not a big deal.

Excellent stay at Rosemary Beach

We had a great stay overall! The condo location is perfect - short walk to beach and pools, and all the restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. The condo itself was as advertised, clean, and came well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the host communication was prompt.

Great property. Close to everything. Great host.

Great property right on the central square. Close to restaurants, candy shop, shopping etc. Easy to get around on our rented bikes. We had a power outage during our stay (not the hosts fault), and the host personally texted us to make sure everything was fixed and gave us access to the breaker box so we could get everything back on. Excellent communication and a beautiful area. Would definitely stay here again. A++

Lovely condo in a great location!

We loved our stay at this property... the place was super cute (modern, seaside decor), great open layout, and comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 kids! Location was excellent - a short 7-10 min walk to walkovers G/H/I and also centrally located near lots of restaurants and shops! The hosts were very responsive and arrival/departure instructions were clear. Would definitely stay there again!!

Fantastic Condo centrally located

We had a great time staying here - beautiful condo centrally located to everything in the town square area in Rosemary if you like a bit of the the 'city' feel when you're staying at the beach - and so close to the beach access at the same time! Beautifully decorated, clean condo - owners were wonderfully responsive - would definitely recommend staying here. Two master suites that are very nice for any aged guests, bunk room is definitely for younger kids. Would love to stay here again!

Lovely condo

Two moms and our teenage daughters stayed in this lovely unit; it’s a great layout. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The spaces are large, and well appointed. The location is hard to beat, so close to the beach (G walkway, right off the green space downtown) and all the quaint downtown shoppes and restaurants. It’s an easy walk to most anywhere. We had a few things crop up during our stay and the owners are communicative and reply promptly. They’re eager to help, and easy to talk to. I would recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Excellent property in Rosemary

I am trying to make the yearly trip to Rosemary Beach. Both myself and my 2 daughters (ages 13 and 15) love ourr family trips to Rosemary. Last year we stayed at a house in Rosemary, but did not need the full size house this trip. When I found this condo it served all of our needs. Beautiful, close proximity to Walkover G and The Pearl Hotel (S. Barrett Square), and located in the middle of the city center. We will definitely stay in this condo again in the future.

Great location!

The property is right in the heart of everything at Rosemary. It was a very short walk to the beach which made it easy to go back and forth if needed. We loved the proximity to several great restaurants nearby and shopping. The decor of the condo was so beautiful and beachy and the kitchen had everything you need. One call out is the downside of proximity to everything is that the neighborhood garbage truck comes around the shops every morning around 5am and made enough noise that we were up from that point on which is frustrating on vacay. But maybe we are just light sleepers. Perhaps adding a white noise machine to each bedroom could alleviate that. Otherwise, 5 stars all the way!
