Great unit, great location!

This was the best place we have stayed in since coming to PCB! The decor was great, the size of the rooms was fantastic and location location location!!!! Stephanie at Best Beach Getaways was excellent as well. We’ll definitely be back.

Will be a repeat customer...again

This is my 3rd year to stay at this property and in this particular unit Love the location and the unit has plenty of room for everyone. Love sitting on the balcony and watching dolphin, sting rays and other ocean life. Great place!

This was a great location for our family getaway. We had 6 adults and 4 young children. We had plenty of space for the kids to run around and play, make big family dinners, etc. It was also really quiet for when the kids were cranky. We had a great time and would come back to this unit.

Great location!

This place was super clean and welcoming. The VIP parking garage was great and we were walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping. The chairs and umbrella service included was a bonus. We had 5 adults and one teen and everyone had a bed to sleep in. The kitchen was fully stocked and we will be back.

Everything about this condo was great!Great location, layout, and views! Check-in was a breeze! This condo was way larger than we thought, our family of 6 had plenty of space and the VIP parking was a plus. We will definitely stay again when we vidit.

Beautiful Condo!

This is the best condo! We loved it!! It was perfect for our needs and the location was perfect for our teens to walk to pier park every day. My only complaint was that I wish we had stayed longer. We will definitely rent this condo again next time we are in PCB.

Great Family Vacation!

Wonderful stay with our family! Condo was beautiful and had just enough space for our families of 5 and 6. Quick walk out to the beach which included 2 chairs and an umbrella daily. We had a double red flag day and spent the day at the pool. All was enjoyable, we would definitely come back to stay again! Thanks Calypso 709w for the memories!

Gorgeous condo!

This condo is exceptional, the windows on the west wall really set it apart from other rooms. The flooring, kitchen, furniture, TV's, balcony furniture are all a cut above. Be sure to get a parking garage CODE in advance, the resort will send you a QR code which will not get you in to the VIP parking spot that comes with the room and the management company is naturally busy on check in day-GET A CODE IN ADVANCE. Book this condo, you will not regret it!!!!!!!

Book this unit!

This condo had everything we needed. It was very clean. Beds/bedding were very comfortable. Oversized clothes washer. Filtered water/ice in refrigerator. Lots of seating on balcony. The best part was the VIP parking pass that came with unit, so we didn’t have to use parking garage which is across the street. HUGE perk of this condo! The steps are right next to this unit so we rarely had to use the elevator. Also, the trash Shute is next to this unit which made checkout a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay!

Friend Getaway: Must be over 60!

The condo was perfect for our friend getaway. We are all retired school teachers and just wanted some time to relax and enjoy the Gulf breeze. The condo was large enough for us all to have our own rooms/bathrooms. We enjoyed the balcony around the clock. The condo was just like it was advetised. We did not enjoy the pool because it was a little crowded due to the gulf being closed during our stay, but it was fun watching all the families enjoy it. We enjoyed having the VIP parking. That was great for us older peeps. The Tiki Hut was a big hit. Perfect summer time drinks! I really can't say anything negatve about the condo. It was great! We wanted to stay a week, but only available for our short visit from Saturday to Wednesday. The price was very steep for this particular condo, so I did splurge. I would come back again but would have to wait for the price to drop maybe later in the season. Location is great!

Who plans exterior painting on Spring break?

Spent a lot of $$$ for 2 full days for family they came out from Co. No pool because painters were using the surroundings for their paint. Gym was closed. No check in process at all; we were completely lost. 1 elevator working. We sat for over 20 mins waiting til we decided to drag all of our luggage up 7 flights! Woke up both mornings to painters on scaffolding. Second morning our we were kicked off our balcony, tarps completely covers all of our sliding windows. They didn’t even put patio furniture back. Worst experience ever!!!

We don't know ...

We did not get to stay in this unit because the A/C went out in it the day we arrived and they said it would take all week to repair the unit. They moved us to another unit, it was smaller and not as nice, of course! Even though it costs less and they refunded us the difference, you get what you pay for ... so we were very disappointed we did not get to experience this unit.

Very comfortable

Room was clean and spacious. One ceiling fan was not working and maintenance was very prompt in trying to repair it. Great location.
