We had a fantastic stay at this condo. It was exactly as advertised—beautifully decorated, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed. From coffee and cookware to a washer/dryer and beach towels, the host truly thought of everything.The balcony overlooking the beach was our favorite spot. We spent so much time out there just relaxing and taking in the view. The location couldn’t be better either—being right on the beach meant it took us only about five minutes to go from the room to the surf.Teresa was wonderful to work with and extremely responsive to all of my questions. We loved our stay and would absolutely come back.

The condo and all furnishings were beautiful. We felt like we walked into one of our relative’s house and were told to make ourselves at home. Every thing you could need was there and the entire condo was clean. The balcony, with the high top chairs and table was great, together with 2 lounge chairs for relaxing. Hosts were easy to communicate with.

The Condo was one of the best rentals we’ve ever had. It was so nicely furnished and stocked incredibly well from towels to cooking utensils to pots and pans. Very high quality! A nice added perk to have the two beach rental chairs available every day for us. Teresa was very responsive when we had any questions and issues. This made our 2-week vacation to Panama City Beach so wonderful. The pool areas were so nice and plenty of chairs available. The gym had all the equipment needed. The 2 gas grills by the parking ramp pool were very good. The elevators were super fast, no waiting. The Emerald Beach staff were always touching up paint and keeping the resort looking great. They kept it so clean and were so friendly. We would definitely use this rental again!

Hosts like Teresa are why VRBO is the best way to vacation. Property was better than described. The host as created a great home away from home atmosphere. She is responsive and very helpful. We will return and recommend Teresa and VRBO to friends and family.

The view from the condo was amazing. The "staples" available were great and made the stay that much better. Lots of living space in the living and kitchen area which would be good for families although it was just my husband and I. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo with everything you need. Kitchen is fully stocked. Teresa had things most condos don’t include- we typically have to buy coffee pods, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags- we still did BUT it was so nice to have a starter stash! The sheets and towels were nice quality not scratchy hotel quality we are used too. The mattress was so comfy. The balcony was so nice to relax on and enjoy the view. The fridge having an ice maker was so nice to use to our cooler for the beach. The 2nd bathroom was big enough for a pack and play for our baby! My only feedback would be pack an alarm clock- condo doesn’t have. Pack a sound machine the BR is next to the outside hallway and you can hear guest walking back and doors closing and people talking. And pack a dark sheet or blanket and some clothes pins the BR has lights right outside and the curtains are sheet making the BR bright as you are trying to sleep.

10/10 would recommend! Great condo, love the beachy vibe, it was very clean, and well appointed. The check in/out instructions were easy to follow, don’t forget to print your parking pass. It’s nice having a door code keyless entry. Very important to us is a comfortable bed when we’re away from home so we don’t wake up with a back ache, this one is definitely comfortable. The chair service that comes with the condo is also an important perk to us so you don’t have to schlep chairs and an umbrella back and forth. Book the condo, enjoy your coffee on the balcony while watching the dolphins, you won’t regret it.

Great family vacation spot

Loved everything about our stay from the greeting out the car to the homie feel of the condo. The view was amazing. Our toddler enjoyed the pool while my husband and I enjoyed the Skylounge.
