The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The property is awesome we love staying at Edgewater. Room was as advertised and very clean. Overall Realjoy was excellent and we would definitely be using them again in the future!!

Great location but...

The location was great but it was not very clean. Floors were pretty dirty. The lack of amenities was also disappointing. We have stayed at other locations owned by individuals who provide more things than this large property management company. No tissues in either of the bathrooms, only 1 extra roll of toilet paper, no coffee filters, only a few extra trash bags. Be prepared to go shopping first thing or bring lots of supplies with you.

Perfect spot

Your a walk away from the beach. The trans take you where need to go around the resort with no problems and also friendly. So thats very convenient. The condo is nice and spacious. The only problem was there a few cob webs in the rooms and my daughter a after of spider, but overall it convenient and close to everything.

Edge water villa stay

Villa was nice other than very dirty. Tenants pay high cleaning fees but yet floors and bathrooms were not clean. Also had issue with roaches in the villa.

Very clean!!!!

I loved it. The unit was spotless when we arrived. The support slats on on the bunkbed fell, but that was a two minute fix and we did it ourselves. The bed was still comfortable. We had a great trip and will definitely come back again.

Beautiful, clean space. Great access to pools and beach

Beautiful beach themed place. Great access to beach and pools. Great location to shopping. Overlook small pond with lots of turtles and huge fish you can see from the balcony. The tram that takes you to the main condos/beach/bigger pools was located right in front of the condo, just steps away, they make there rounds every 15 minutes or so, make sure you tip your driver- Tim was great! This was perfect. You could also walk, not far from the beach either. There is also a small pool just outside the condo we uses quite a bit too.You will be provided bracelets to keep on yourself while using the amenities on the property. Do not lose them, $100 to replace one.. New washer dryer, plenty of appliances, kitchenware to use. The only negatives was that it states sleeps 9 and it does but the pull out couch bed is paper thin. We went to Walmart and picked up an air mattress. Parking is only for 2 cars and you will get only two parking passes, well we had a third car but they give you other parking options, you pay for it but there is one that is like a block from the condo next to Burger King and the condos. So that wasn’t an issue really. We reserved a spot for a week and I think it was $42. Security is great as well, if you don’t have a pass they don’t let you in. Overall would recommend 10/10!

Super cute

I’m not the person to “awe” over a place to stay, cause I know I’m only sleeping there and not spending most of my time in the room but this little room was so cute!! Easy slept all of our ten people and had lots of space for food and fun!! Oh an the master shower is amazing!! Loved how it was only about a 7 minute walk to the beach as well! Definitely would go here again!!

Couldn't have been better!

Pictures were just as promised. Checking in and out was a breeze. I had one little problem on day 2, and it was addressed immediately beyond my expectations. The pool is steps out the door, they thought of lots of extras like beach chairs and a wagon to lug your things to the beach. They were even so thoughtful to leave a bottle of bubbly for our New Year's Eve! Kids loved it, I loved it, we will definitely be back.

Dirty unit. Great location/amenities

The unit has great potential, very cute decorations/furniture however it was very dirty! Finger/hand prints on doors, the floors and under the bed we’re not properly cleaned. I found old food in the bottom of the stove were you pull out and store cookie sheets. The full/double bed in the smaller bed room is crap.. very uncomfortable and very loud! The kids did love the bunk beds. Thankfully we loved the amenities- I hope they find new cleaning crew!
