    La cocina es completamente nueva con muchas mejoras, como encimeras de granito y todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Además de las mejoras, la cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario para preparar una comida para su familia / grupo. Encontrará ollas, sartenes, utensilios para hornear, utensilios de cocina, utensilios para comer, platos, vasos y más. La gran puerta corredera ofrece acceso al balcón que puede abrir y escuchar los suaves sonidos de las olas mientras se queda dormido. La suite principal tiene un baño principal privado con combinación de bañera / ducha y ropa de baño.

    La habitación está equipada con una cama king size con hermosas y cómodas sábanas, iluminación junto a la cama, televisor de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD y ventilador de techo. Hay acceso desde el dormitorio al segundo baño. El baño tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha de tamaño completo y está completamente equipado con ropa de baño.

    El balcón privado es uno de los más grandes que encontrará en la zona. Perfect Condo

This is a perfect place to stay for beach visit. Out of the way of busy downtown PC, close to the donut shop, and right off the beach. The condo was super clean and well furnished.

Amazing Balcony Sunsets!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The balcony sunsets are amazing. Read the disclaimer about the deposit. It takes about 3 weeks to get the deposit back. There was an issue with the thermostat but they were quick to respond. Located on the west side of town so less traffic, wifi was stong, it was clean, comfortable beds, and the paper towels were high quality and not the cheap ones that just move water around.

Great Condo, Great Location

Tropic Winds is a great location -- on the beach, and was not crowded. The elevators did not take long, and the property is well maintained. Our condo was clean and nicely decorated. We would definitely book again!

Best condo in the panhandle!

This condo was so clean!! The beds so comfortable! The whole condo had beautiful upgrades. All around the best we’ve found on the panhandle. The rental company was responsive and eager to help whenever we had a question. Highly recommend!

June 2025 Stay

My husband and I couldn't have been more pleased with our unit. Amazing views, beautiful condo. We had everything we needed. Very quiet and couldn't hear any of our neighbors. Unit was very clean, comfortable beds. We will definitely be back again. We hate that we have to go back home and wish we could stay forever.

The unit itself was absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean, and the views were spectacular—exactly as described. Unfortunately, the overall property and amenities left quite a bit to be desired.Parking was extremely tight, and it was very difficult for visiting family members to find a place to park. The unit was also inadequately stocked for six guests, with only about a quarter of a roll of toilet paper in one bathroom and half a roll in the other.We were disappointed with the beach umbrella service as well. Setup was late, and the umbrellas were later taken down due to wind gusts, so we really did not get to enjoy that amenity.I had communicated several times that we were locals staying to celebrate my daughter’s 13th birthday. While I certainly did not expect anything elaborate, I was surprised there was no acknowledgment at all—not even a simple note wishing her a happy birthday. A small personal touch would have meant a lot.The property itself could use some renovations and updating, particularly in the common areas. Overall, the unit was beautiful, clean, and had truly spectacular views, but the amenities and overall guest experience did not quite match the quality of the unit itself.
