We were very impressed with cleanliness and updates in this unit. Everything you need for meal prep is in the kitchen that has plenty of seating. It's an easy walk to Winn-Dixie, CVS, Pier Park and places to eat. Highly recommend you consider this rental from wonderful hosts.

We have stayed in Tidewater before and this space was a lot nicer. The interaction was so easy and nice! The location for us was great and easily accessible for our group! We would consider the same condo again!

PCB First impression

The condo was really nice, clean and had a great view. We really appreciated the beach toys and chairs. Cons- despite there being 7 elevators on the property we had to leave 10-20 minutes early for everything because it took forever to catch one. (Not the condo owners fault)

Very cozy

This is a the most coziest, cutest condo we ever stayed. There is absolutely nothing to complain about this condo….:well….just a tiniest one but it is not worth complaining about it or even to mention the issue. We spent a lot of time sitting in the balcony, enjoying the view. 5 stars!

Very nice place

The property was one of the best I’ve ever rented. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you need, pots, pans, flatware, basic spices. Comfortable beds, pillows, enough towels, surprisingly though the bathrooms only had one roll of TP per, and as big as the master bathroom is the shower stall is a one person. The washer/dryer came in handy. The view from the balcony was amazing, although during our stay it was very windy & foggy. Check in day was kinda a cluster, lots & lots of people pushing carts up and down the hallway. The elevator is another issue as you typically have long waits. We only used the pool area one day & it was full of very loud little kids with no adult supervision & no supervision from the staff. We only lasted about an hour. But that’s not a reflection on the rental unit itself.

Great beachfront property

The beachfront location of this property is perfect. You are literally steps away from white sand and pristine waters. The host was so patient and helpful when I had questions about our stay. Highly recommend!

5 star property

1108 The condo was spotless. No black feet when you walked on the floor. Came complete with everything except food. All appliances worked even the washer and dryer. Even came with beach toys for the kids. Beds were comfy. Furniture was excellent in taste and comfort. Balcony overlooks the gulf. I would highly recommend this condo. Communication with Nick was easy and he seemed to be available if there was any problems.

Short getaway

Great location, condo was wonderful with a great ocean view from the balcony. Easy and quick walk onto the beach. Lots of restaurants a short distance from the condo. The only negative was the elevator situation. There were times where you were waiting for an elevator for 20 minutes. Sometimes it was easier to take the stairs, but not always practical if you were carry chairs to the beach or your luggage. However that being the only negative, would definitely return to this condo for another beach trip.

Girls week! Great condo with two bedroom/bathroom suites for each of us. Condo very clean, good location near Pier Park, professional chair rental available on property (via 3rd party) which was convenient for us, and of course, the beautiful beach. PERFECT!!!

This is a VRBO gem!!! This condo is beautiful and accommodated our every need during our stay. Next, being on the 11th floor was ideal. Wasn't too high but high enough! The resort features were great! The location was also ideal, was really close to everything but not in the heart of the chaos of beach goers. Views are stunning and we were able to walk the beach to Pier Park. Last our hosts Nick and Cheyenne were exceptional!!! We would HIGHLY recommend this condo and would rent it again. A definite gem!

GREAT place!

The owners were fabulous to work with! Had a tv issue and was able to speak with them to figure it out one evening- very quick responses. The place had every gadget you could ever need in vacay (and more!) would def stay here again. The only downside was the elevators but they are slow in every big building during peak rental times.

1108 Perfection

This particular condo was amazing! We stay with a group of families so I have seen multiple bookings within the building. The condo was clean, check in went well, the owners were responsive and easy to communicate with, and Tidewater is within walking distance of many family essentials such as a grocery store, McDonalds, and Pier Park. My favorite thing about Tidewater 1108 was the way it has been furnished decorated. You can tell the owners really care about detail, it is the little things that made this condo so wonderful. Pactical touches like a shoe rack in the entryway, decor that leaves room for the duffle bags and storage totes we travel with, laundry baskets in each room for dirty laundry, hooks in all the right places for things like towels and swimwear. Having stayed at Tidewater before we were prepared for the elevator situation so many people mention. We left the large wheeled cooler and the beach wagon at home and opted for more portable items like a backpack cooler, backpack beach chairs, and an over the shoulder beach bag. These little changes made getting on and off the elevator completely manageable. I would highly recommend 1108 to anyone wanting to stay at Tidewater!

Family vacation.

Lol my review is almost a year later but we stayed in this condo in June 2022 and it was nice. Very clean and a great view of the ocean. Enough room for the whole family. Nick and Cheyenne where great hosts. On a side note just a forewarning to anyone that stays with Tidewater during the busy season the elevators take forever to get to floors.
