Family vacation

Very clean, beautiful view, convenient location. The listing says it will sleep 6 people, and it will, but not comfortably. The bunk beds are tiny and uncomfortable.The fold out couch bed is about what you would expect. It’s really just not big enough for that many people to be comfortable. There was no dishwasher detergent or laundry detergent which I thought was odd since they require dishes to be done and don’t have a place to get clean towels during the stay. There are also no black towels for makeup removal but state that you’ll be charged if any linens have stains. Also, check out is at 10am but our code was reset at 9. Thankfully when someone left the room one of us was still in there to open the door. We could’ve easily been locked out with all of our things left inside.

Just needs an update

Celadon is our favorite, and cleanliness is most important over design; however, the carpet really needs either removing or replacing, and the broken tiles in the hallway need replaced. That said, except for scissors, I feel it has everything we needed and was clean enough. I did have to call the first night because the ice hopper shelf broke when we opened the freezer door, and the WiFi didn’t work on the tv. Both were addressed promptly the next morning. There are plenty of toiletries and towels to have a good start on things for a 5-night stay, and I always appreciate a good washer and dryer. The view - as always - cannot be surpassed. We love the west end the best and are actually scheduled to stay in this same unit in three weeks when we come back with our son and his wife for their college graduation gift, so no regrets and no major complaints. It just needs some TLC.

Nice Resort

Property is clean and well stocked. We stayed at the resort before and will go back. Other places we stayed at this resort included beach chairs, however this one did not. That is one amenity I will look for when booking again.

Memories

I love staying at Celadon and will probably stay again next year. We did have some issues and communicated with Realjoy. They communicated very well and said the issues were sent to someone to be addressed. I do wish the bigger pool was on the same side as the condos.

Perfect getaway spot

This condo was perfect for 2 adults. The location was convenient, the place was clean and exactly as listed and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Check in was simple and RealJoy provided all the info needed ahead of time. Walking out to the beach was a breeze- the elevators were quick and the walk was brief. I do advice if you plan to cook, bring everything you may need such as salt and pepper, oil, condiments, a sponge to wash dishes, as the condo is not stocked with these things. I read other reviews that noted this, so we were prepared. We had a relaxing time and were very comfortable during our 5 day stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

The wife and I enjoyed this very nice set up for our anniversary week. Very nice clean room and complex. Nice end of the beach. Close to lot of attractions, shopping, restaurants. Staff are all very nice and professional. This is our second time visiting the Celadon condo and look for to the next trip.

First time at PCB

Amazing view from the balcony! Everything we needed in place. Location west of the activities, but we liked it that way. The furniture was comfortable but dated. The bed needs a new mattress. Both toilets were leaking water out of the bowl so they would randomly run on their own. Even at night. I would suggest steps on how to operate the electronics of the refrigerator because it was freezing our veggies and we couldn't adjust it. Overall we had a wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend RealJoy or the Celedon.

Loved the condo on the 7th floor. Amazing views from balcony. Spent a lot of time out there and the beach is right outside the condo. No street to cross to get to the beach was nice. Beach is beautiful and very clean. Quiet part of the beach on the West end. Full size kitchen so we were able to make any meal we wanted. Bed was comfortable. Perfect size condo for 2. If you had kids, the bunk beds tucked in the hallway would be good for them. Never tried the sleeper sofa. Can’t think of anything except no hot pads but that is minor. Stayed 2 weeks so had to get additional dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and toilet paper which we knew about ahead of time. Check in was without problems. Used the heated pool and hot tub across the street. Nice there is a walkway over the road to the parking garage. $40 parking fee for the parking garage. 3 elevators and usually only 2 worked but there wasn’t any wait. Might have a longer wait if it is busy season. Thomas donuts is a 15 minute walk from the condo so you can walk the beach there and back! I will definitely come back. Didn’t want to go home!!!

Beautiful view and perfect location

While there was no recliner in the unit as the previous pictures showed (and we were promised via email) the unit is perfect. Loved having 2 full baths as it made getting ready to go out much simpler. Couldn't have asked for a better view and everything from booking to check in when very smoothly. Will plan to return again!

Fun time!

We had a good time - one thing I will say is the elevators are definitely an issue. Most of the stay one was down and on evening they were completely down when everyone in the building was trying to go to dinner. We had to walk the stairs from the 22nd floor where my family was staying. Other than that it was a good time!

Only one working elevator most of our stay

Only one elevator worked most of the trip for 20 plus floors which was terrible leaving us with long waits. The wi-fi was spotty and would always cut off on us leaving us with no tv half the night which wasnt great when we had a child with us. The first day and a half the master bathroom did not work. They fixed it the following day just for it to run loudly throughout our trip. Said they would have someone look at it but never did. The master bed was uncomfortable. The bunks in the hallway were pretty much like sleeping on a wood panel. The view of the beach was a positive. They were doing construction on the bathroom in the pool area so thats all you heard at the pool. There was a second pool across the street if you wanted to go to that one.

Celadon stay

Overall, a good stay. Unit is pretty nice and was very clean. Kitchen is a little tight, but we managed to work with it. My only issue was with the worn out mattress in the master BR. The middle springs/mechanism for support were so worn that my wife and I had to sleep on the edges, otherwise the "hole" in the middle of the mattress forced us to roll inward toward each other. I notified RealJoy mngmt the second night that it was significantly affecting our sleep. They did respond multiple times, sent a really great guy out (Sprout) to see for himself, to which he immediately verified the mattress definitely needed replaced. Unfortunately, we were notified it wouldn't happen until a few days after we checked out. I hope for future stays for others, it was replaced. My wife and I were happy to get home. We both had very sore necks and backs from 5 nights on a worn out mattress.
