Overall, the unit was nice and the balcony view was absolutely beautiful. We truly enjoyed spending time on the balcony taking in the scenery.During our stay, there were a few concerns that we feel could have been addressed better. The guest staying in the second bedroom noticed a gritty residue when wiping down the door and dresser. Additionally, the second bathroom was not draining properly. We notified the owner and were told maintenance would be sent, but unfortunately no one came during our stay. We also informed the owner that the TV remotes needed new batteries, but no solution was offered.I visit Panama City Beach multiple times a year and brought a relative along to share in the experience, so it was a bit disappointing and somewhat embarrassing that these issues were not resolved. We also noticed that some of the utensils appeared dirty and the washer had a mildew odor.Again, the unit itself is nice and the balcony view is stunning; however, there were several maintenance and cleanliness concerns that could have been handled more promptly to improve the overall experience.

Overall, everything was great. We did experience a few minor issues, but I think they could be easily fixed. 1. The TV’s were difficult to access. There was 3 or 4 remotes for each TV ( did not know which went to what) and there were no clear directions on which service providers you could access. We just gave up trying to figure it out.2. The balcony doors were very difficult to open and close.3. We could never get the WIFI to connect. The passwords nor the network choices would work.

Had a great stay. The place was clean and comfortable. The only downside is the sliding door going on the balcony was very hard to open and close but I would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived at the unit, it was very hot. All the bathrooms were missing lightbulbs. I called about the lightbulbs and the air conditioner, and I was told by the air conditioner technician that there was nothing wrong with it, but the error code came up after he left and I could not keep it below 75 at night and it was very hot and also there were roaches in the kitchen. There were roaches climbing on the wall there was roaches in the refrigerator.

Disgusting! Couch had blood or something caked between the cushions. Mattresses was covered in urine. Shower curtain had black mild growing on the back of it. Pigeon poop covering everything on the patio. AC was locked at 75 and the fan barely turned. Tried to open the sliding door and the handle broke off in my hand. Dirt and handprints all over the walls. Furniture was all beat up. The owner did send the cleaning crew back out to clean. All they did was mop. We tried t stay somewhere else but everything was booked up. We actually cut our stay short and the owner contacts us and states that we left the unit a mess. Good thing we took pictures before we left. They stated we left everything wet....we have been gone to the point even if we did it would of been dry by the time the cleaning crew got there which was days later. Stay away!!!!!

Our stay was wonderful. Owner was always accessible by phone to answer any question and very accommodating. I would, however remove ALL artificial plants completely from the unit. They are extremely old and dusty and are the main reason I scored low on cleanliness. The shower curtains must be replaced. Otherwise, great

Great Location

Condo was nice and clean. Had everything you could want in it. Splash is a great property to stay at with kids. Booking, check in was super easy. Appreciate having some basics there for you already. TP, soap, shampoo, paper towels etc. would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Condo was clean and well stocked with blankets , pillows and towels.Had to buy beach towels though. The kitchen supplies, pots and pans were provided. Wished there was Tupperware for food storage. Hair dryer in second bathroom was off the wall and shower curtain would not stay on the rail, really needed a new one. Yellow Pillows on couch were dingy and outdoor balcony needs a good cleaning to remove bird droppings , had to watch where you walked. Killed a roach in second bedroom. Master bedroom was very pleasant and large clean bathroom. Great place for families , very quiet in the evening. Overall good stay.

Our family and friends had a great stay at this resort. There are a lot of activities to do and the condo was just as advertised. We were able to listen to the waves as we fell asleep every night.

Great location

The condo was clean and loved the location. Our grandkids loved the pools. The resort is geared towards younger kids so I wouldn’t go if I wasn’t taking kids. It was nice to have the same chairs on the beach throughout the stay just know the lines are long to get them so go out early your first day. The check-in desk closes at 4 so try to get there earlier to get the parking pass and wristbands. An earlier review states the sliding door in the living room needs to be fixed and is very hard to open and close, it has not been fixed so we just used the door in the bedroom. Overall we had a great stay with our grandkids and would recommend this property.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our week stay. Room was as pictured. There was 5 adults and 2 kids it fit us perfect. Only complaint would be the living-room glass sliding door was extremely hard to open as mentioned other reviews, and there was some mildew on the ceiling in the “guess room”, other than that everything was great. The resorts splash pad was perfect for the kids, two restaurants on site, parking was nice and straight across from the resort is a surf shop which was nice if you needed something for the pool or beach. We would definitely stay there again and also would love to rent this room again.

!st time staying at Splash

Had a great week, the splash park was a hit with the grandsons. The beach was awesome also but there were several days we couldn't go in the water due to rip tide currents but we had 4 days we could. The room overall was nice but it is showing it's age with some things that need repair and the obvious one is the glass sliding door from the living room. My son in law and myself were the only people who could open it, with the others being grankids, women and a 93 year old ! Several reviews have mentioned this problem so hopefully it will get resolved. But the hotel was wonderful with 2 eating establishments and an ice cream shop which was a hit with the grandkids of course! It was a very relaxing time with family.

Great place

This was our first time with Vrbo. It went seamless. Splash resort was great. The unit was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable the kitchen was well equipped. Just love the Beach in Panama City. Michael who was in charge of the chairs on the beach was very awesome.
