We had the best time staying here on our vacation. The room was perfect! And it was on the third floor so we walked straight over from the parking garage and didn’t have to use any elevators to get to our room! The view was amazing as well. Definitely one of the top places we’ve stayed!

Awesome condo

Condo was great. We had everything we needed to cook with and had paper products to get us started. Location is fantastic, walk to Pier Park. The owner was super responsive to my messages and answered all of my questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Would love to give 5 stars, but…..

Stayed over Spring Break with our boys. Calypso is in a primo location. Just a short walk to Pier Park, the pier and many other shops and restaurants. Condo balcony is situated over one of the pools and offers wonderful views of the gulf. Being on the 3rd floor is a plus since the crosswalk and parking garage are on this floor. ( however we were rarely able to park on the third level of the parking garage because there was never any available spots. This might not be a problem for those visiting PCB during less busy time.) Check in and check out went smoothly. The condo had everything we needed as far as kitchen equipment etc. Unfortunately, this place was not clean. The floors were gross. Our feet were black within minutes of walking in there. The whole place needs a good deep cleaning.

Just okay

Location was great. Entering the condo did not smell fresh & clean. Floors were still very sandy. It probably states in the description but we were disappointed to learn our bedroom was on the street side and not beach front like other Calypso condos we stayed before throughout the last 8 years. No bath mat (we borrowed the one from the 2nd bath) 3 hangers were provided, we had to go buy our own hangers. Bath towels were minimal and were not thick. Bed sheets were not crisp and fresh, instead they were pilling. The condo itself really needs to be cleaned, and deep cleaned, baseboards were very dirty, light fixture had a thick layer of dust. A fresh coat of paint throughout and update light fixtures (bright lighting not yellow) and furniture to current year decor. It is very dated. Bedroom tv is the same size as one of my work monitors. Overall I give the place a 2 star rating. I will take some blame, and will do better at reading descriptions upon our next trip to Calypso.

Overall stay was good. Needs a few minor repairs. Kitchen faucet will spray out the base when you move from one sink to the other with the water on. Need a door stop behind middle bathroom door before it knocks a hole in sheetrock. Wife was not a fan of the TV system. Everything else was great. Thank you

Beach was great, location was close to anything you could need, walking distance to pier park, pools were nice and clean. Condo was easily accessible from the parking garage, there was a few cleanliness issues in the condo but overall a great place.

Amazing vacation

Everything about our stay was great. The condo was perfect. If your wanting the short version thats it. If you are considering renting and want to know more read on. We have been coming to pcb for 17 years and this was one of the most comfortable condos we’ve rented. We rented the unit through vrbo back in february. We like staying the 4th of july week because the fireworks are always awesome in pcb. This was the first year we stayed on the west end of pcb. I am glad we did. We walked to pier park for dinner 3 separate nights. Watched the fireworks from our balcony. Even walked to pier park for ice cream. The condo was very comfortable and clean. There are always things you can find wrong if you are looking for them. But nothing i found was bad enough to lower my rating. We had every dish and utensil we needed for the week. The beds we’re comfortable and the living room furniture was also. The 3rd floor was SO convenient especially when checking in and out. The elevators were prompt and we never really waited on them.( we only used them to get to the beach ) The beach service was nice. The pools were clean and the water was warm. Also the ocean was the best we have ever had. We never had a need to call Larry but he was available if we had needed to. We will be looking to book this unit again for certain. If you are looking for a great unit in a great location you should too. Thank you for a great vacation larry and cathy.

Great location and views!

This condo was perfect for our vacay! It was stocked with everything we needed and was the perfect location! Being on the 3rd floor was great! The owner was very responsive and quick to get back to us when we reached out! The only thing we missed during our stay was a bath mat for the floor when getting out of the shower. We ended up using a towel instead so it wasn’t a big deal! This condo was great and we would definitely recommend it to others!

Great place with wonderful owners

The condo was very nice and the owners had great communication and very responsive to questions and assistance. The only downfall of our trip was the pool rules which do not allow drinks near the pool.
