Lovely condo. Very clean and presented just as advertised. Great location. Parking check in was extra charge and a bit of a faff, but we got there in the end. Condo was spacious but if staying with 6 people, living room seating is a bit limited. Fine for up to 4. Owner was very responsive to questions.

Unit was exactly as described. Beautiful rental. Only one question during stay and owner was so fast to respond and have the issue fixed. Highly recommend renting this unit. Staying on the same level as bridge to parking garage was a game changer. So convenient.

We had a great stay at this beautiful unit! There was so much space and a great kitchen. Very clean and updated space. Comfortable beds and seating. The balcony is large and has the best view. The bridge from the parking deck is on the 3rd floor, so that was incredibly convenient! We also never had to wait for an elevator because we are on 3rd level. The pools were very clean and great family environment! The unit comes with access to 2 beach chairs which is a major perk! Prompt and kind response from owner! We will definitely be staying here again next year!

Condo was amazing. Clean and updated. Close to dining and shopping. Owner’s communication was prompt, helpful and professional. Don’t let the bunks deter you, they are very comfortable (I’m 5’10” and I could fit fine - I had to try it). View from the balcony would never get old.

Aqua @ PCB 3rd Floor Stunning Condo

This is a beautiful condo with a perfect location! We loved waking up and getting to have the most wonderful views of the gulf right from the large balcony on the 3rd floor. The owner is very quick to respond which is so helpful. Thank you for all the attention in making the condo well appointed and comfortable. We had an amazing Spring Break at Aqua! :)

The location and view of the ocean is phenomenal! Very much appreciated our vehicle being on the same level as the property. Having menus from local restaurants for visitors to view would be beneficial. It would have been considerate to have been informed of recent shooting at Pier Park, this would have better prepared us for all the added security we encountered.

Nice unit! Busy location.

We stayed in this unit the first week of April. After 20 years of vacationing in the Destin area, we wanted to try somewhere new. We also know the weather can be variable in the early spring. We settled on the Aqua because of the hot tub and heated pool. However, the hot tub was broke down most of the week and the tiny heated pool was crowded as the weather was chilly. The actual unit was very clean…nice fresh linens and nicely decorated. Full kitchen. And ample supply of detergent, soap, etc.. The view and balcony are perfect. However, if you are bringing a young family to the Aqua in the spring, know the weekends can get loud and rowdy at night due to its location. It is very conveniently located near WalMart and Pier Park, but sometimes felt unsafe at night.

Amazing Stay!

Rene’s place is hands down one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed at! The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning—perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning or unwinding in the evening.Inside, the decor is beautiful and tastefully done, making the space feel cozy and inviting.The condo has everything you could possibly need, from the well-stocked kitchen to the thoughtful touches throughout the space that truly enhance your stay. One of the best parts is how convenient it is to just step downstairs and be right on the beach—talk about the perfect location!Rene is also a wonderful host! She answered all of my questions promptly and with great detail, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a true home away from home, I can’t recommend Rene’s place enough!

Fall Break

This condo was even better than portrayed on VRBO. Beds are incredibly comfortable. The ease of getting to the condo, being it's located on the breezeway floor, was a big perk. Communication with Rene was seamless. All in all one of our favorite trips in a long time. We did have a car top carrier, parked on the ground floor with no issue.

Fun stay at Aqua

Very clean and as pictured. Convenient to food and Pier Park. The 3rd floor is an added bonus with this condo because of the private elevator and access to parking garage. This was our second stay in this condo and we will likely return.

Great Room, Wonderful Vacay

The condo was beautiful and newly renovated. The owner was easy to work and communicate with. The ocean view from the 3rd floor was perfect. This property is within walking distance to Pier Park and several reaturaunts.

This condo was perfect for our group of 6. We had plenty of room. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Being on the 3rd floor was wonderful! Being so close to the elevator made our treks to the beach and pool so easy! Only one thing I would suggest is to add some kid friendly cups and plates to the kitchen. Rene was wonderful to work with and I would definitely stay again!
