We had a lovely and relaxing time in CSB. Unfortunately, through no fault of the owner/property manager we were unable to stay at this location. The property manager kept us up to date on the status and quickly offered another property a short distance from this one. The communication with the property manager was excellent and quick. The alternate location was a beautiful property, well maintained and clean! We enjoyed our stay at Birds Rest with Goin Coastal. We’re grateful to both property managers for keeping us informed and quickly making the adjustment in time for our arrival. The description of the property was accurate. Thank you for a lovely home for us to rest and relax.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The ocean view and beach were awesome. There were a few hiccups with the smoke detectors going off erroneously and the elevator upon check in. The host replied to our issues and they were resolved fairly quickly. Overall a very nice stay.

Responsive, super friendly host! Amazing views, fantastic expanse of beach on north end of Cape. We slept with the windows open and fell asleep each night to the sound of the waves! The elevator was so convenient! Fireplace was a romantic addition on chilly nights! Overall, this amazing one story house with a comfortable screened porch is a perfect choice for your stay!

House was just the right size for us, extremely clean, and the elevator came in handy! Host was readily available for any questions and wasted no time resolving any issues. The beach was very sparsely populated in this area, which we loved. Would definiitely stay here again!

Would give 10 stars if I could!

I can’t tell you how wonderful this place is - perfect location on the beach, being on one level is lovely and working with Alissa was so easy. The house is so comfortable and has everything available that you need to live comfortably for the week. This part of the beach is beautiful and it’s lovely sitting on the screened porch and listening to the waves. Can’t say enough about Alissa - very attentive and so reasonable. Thank you for everything! We had such a wonderful time and can’t wait to be back next year!

Great location and outstanding host

We loved our first stay on the cape. The location of the house is fantastic, quiet part of the beach and easy to get around from. The house worked great for us, the views from the two chairs on the front porch are amazing, we loved having breakfast there. The best part of the house is the owner - extremely responsive and going above and beyond any expectations we had. Truly outstanding!

Perfect, quiet, pet friendly getaway!

Our first time on the cape and it won’t be our last. This property is in a great location with amazing views and the sunsets are breathtaking. Also just a few minute drive to the park, which I highly suggest visiting. We rented a boat and rode out to the point of the cape, we seen dozens of dolphins and some sea turtles. I can’t speak highly enough about the owners, they were ready to answer any questions we had. They definitely went above and beyond. Thanks Tamar and Alissa.

Best Home on the Cape!

What an amazing home- honestly the listing and pictures doesn’t even do this place justice. It is an absolutely gorgeous home with amazing views, home is right on the water with short board walk which was great for our elderly dog along with the elevator. I’ve been visiting the cape for over 20 years and this has been the CLEANEST house we’ve stayed in. Such a well-appointed, thought-out design, layout, and amenities. Will be regular renters of this awesome home! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Perfect location and house

It was fabulous. Clean, comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is to leave at least 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. After a long drive to a new place it was disconcerting to arrive to find no paper products at all. We thought that maybe housekeeping forgot. Also, the box springs on the beds were very noisy. You couldn’t even turn over without the noise waking you up. All in all though a fabulous trip and we hope to return.

Perfect Escape - Steps to the beach

We loved sitting out on the screened-in porch and soaking up the outstanding sunsets. The layout of the house was great and spacious. The kids loved having their bedroom set in the back corner with those big beanbags to hangout on. The kitchen had just about everything we needed to make a few meals at home and there was a plethora of dishes to use. Having those two outdoor showers with both hot&cold water was a bonus. Our 9YO son insisted on having his post-beach shower in one each day. The only two downsides was how squeaky the master king bed was (just sitting on the bed made a huge squeak 😆 - it made for some good laughs) and some of the sofa throw pillows still had pet hair from prior guests. We have a minimal shedding mixed breed so experiencing pet hair from another dog is annoying. Overall, we left with wonderful memories we will cherish with our kids and my parents.
