Spring Break

This was our first time using Greta’s Rental and definitely will be back. Check-in was smooth and the condo was well maintained. This property was located away from the busy sections of PCB. The family enjoyed all of the amenities.

Wonderful Relaxing Vacation

20th floor, looked out directly at ocean with no obstruction. Condo had everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation. A plus to have 2 beach chairs on beach each day and more to use from condo, so didn’t take up car room for these items.

Had a great time in Panama City. Stayed in the same condo last year and was pleasantly surprised with the new kitchen. Adam from Greta’s Beach condos was so helpful!!! We will be back next year!!

A really nice place

The condo was clean, nicely updated with a well stocked kitchen. The photos are accurate. The 20th floor balcony is spacious with a slight overhang which allows partial shade throughout the day and has a great view of the ocean and beach below. The location sits between the more built up PB area to the east and quieter area west on Rte 30A. There is a Winn Dixie a few minutes away and several nice family restaurants nearby. Rosemary Beach is a short 15 min drive. Highly recommend this place. I would stay again.

Great stay

The location was amazing, close to beach and airport. Decorations were modern and space was clean. The beach chair service was awful….setup late (about 10am) and took down early (about 3) also put chairs about 9 inches from other people and said we couldn’t move them. Also nearly impossible to find the beach chair service guys if you had questions. I recommend bringing extra toilet paper and trash bags, or any other similar items. Seems like if you’re renting for a week they should provide enough for week. Overall the place was nice and we would stay again.

Lovely condo! Enjoyed the fabulous tv and all the streaming choices. The balcony was our favourite place to have our coffee in the mornings and watching the sunsets! Greta’s team was very responsive to our needs - changing burnt out light bulbs and fixing running toilets! We’ve been renting from Greta Beach Rentals for several years and have always had a wonderful time!

The reality is even better than the photos! Of course the view from the balcony along with its comfortable furniture was the #1 amenity for me. Having a beach chair/umbrella provided at no extra cost was very much lugging! we would happily stay here again.

We had such a great week. Condo view outstanding. I’m always concerned about elevator wait time on the 20th floor but never waited more than 3-5 minutes at all times of day. Parking spot right outside the garage worked out great as well. Beds comfortable, rockin recliners cool too. We will definitely try to stay in 2005 again some day.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Tropic Winds. Both experiences were great. The condo was well cleaned when we arrived. This condo by far is the nicest…new floors, new cabinets and counter tops, comfortable beds, and nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. My parents who are in their 80’s especially enjoyed the recliners looking out to the ocean. I specifically was looking for a unit that would be comfortable for them where they would enjoy it from the balcony. The table on the balcony was great for meals, playing cards, and enjoying the beautiful Emerald Gulf Coast. We would definitely stay at this unit again.

What a terrific condo. The view is absolutely amazing over the emerald coast. We spent hours watching dolphins and sting rays from our balcony. The rooms were updated and incredibly clean — I have to think it is one or the nicest in the building. The staff at Greta’s was also great to work with… very responsive with questions about things to do in the area. I would emphatically recommend this place to someone looking for a great stay in panama city beach but far from the noise and such on the man drag (which is just a short drive away).

We have vacationed up and down the gulf coast and this condo is at the top of the list. Beautifully decorated, updated. Every detail thought through, linens soft, beds comfortable, views and sunsets amazing, spacious. top notch appliances, a vacuum for spot sweeping the list goes on. Tropic Winds keeps up the property and does not allow others to destroy it.
