Overall, this property and location was exactly what we were looking for. Both of the units were spotless and clean. The beds, rooms, furniture, and all were very nice. There was nothing that we could find wrong with the property itself. The outdoor showers are a nice touch and it’s just overall a great place for a beach getaway. If I were to find a constructive comment, it would be that the place could use more supplied cooking wear, silverware, and everything to support cooking big meals for a family at the beach.

Great Accommodation's

3 generations of family from 17-68 spent a week at this house. There was plenty of room. We had a jigsaw puzzle in one dining area (on huge table) and ate next door on the other huge dining table. Beds were super comfortable, 2 sets of washer and dryer kept us with clean clothes and towels for the week. Kitchens had plenty of cookware, utensils, plates and glasses. There was no need to go out of the area except to pick up groceries. Close walk to beach which we visited each day. We were there 4th of July week and were amazed at how much room we had to spread out and enjoy the water and sun. This is a quiet, family beach setting-nothing like Santa Rosa area or Panama City Beach. Highly recommend this rental.

Sunshine, Beach and Family Time

Overall this property was very good for our family as we needed room for 4 couples and 4 children to sleep and fix meals and be together. Very up-to-date and clean. Furniture was in good shape and linens provided were all excellent. Beds were comfortable, kitchen items all worked. We did have an issue with one dryer but the property manager sent someone to look at it and it worked. The master bath shower in 107A had a terrible stain - not sure what could even cause that but didn't seem to be dirty... just stained. The A/C worked great and we felt safe. It was a little hike to the beach and across Hwy 98 so we wound up trucking things back and forth to the beach with our beach tent, chairs, kid toys, etc. Overall glad we stayed here and we had a great time.

Perfect

Excellent! Beautifully decorated, very, very comfortable mattresses, great location, just a very short walk to the beach. Loved the front porch. Really liked the door code and the ease of checking in. Management was quick to respond when I had questions before our trip. Our whole family really enjoyed this place and our short family vacation. Thank you.

Multi-gen family vacation

Mexico beach was amazing. The house was in a great location. Across 98 from the beach so highly recommend renting a golf cart if you have small kids to tote them from the beach. House super clean and plenty of space with both duplexes.

Plenty of space for a big family

We had 6 adults and 6 kids, and plenty of space for everyone! Very nice beach community, a short walk to the beach, and easy communication with the host and property manager.

Simple pleasures

My multigenerational family loved this property that allowed us to enjoy the simple pleasures in life. We spent time together, road bikes, played on the beach within walking distance and cooked family meals. We will be back Mexico Beach❤️

Wonderful!

The duplex - which hlwe had both sides of - was wonderful for our multi-genrration family of 12 trip. Plenty of room, great location with a short walk to the beach (even doable for our 4 year olds). Fantastic accomodations!

Mexico Beach

This was a wonderful location for our family trip! We loved being able to walk to local ice cream and souvenir shops. The property was well maintained. We cooked often and could have used a few more items in the kitchen, but overall the kitchens should contain what’s needed for a basic meal. We would definitely return!

Family gathering

Both sides of the duplex accommodated our multi-generational group. Main purpose was celebrating uncle's 80th bd. Beach was a close walk. Ace Hardware and Sweet Shop came in handy. Duplex was super clean and well appointed. Lived outdoor showers. Loved games, bunk room and family time !!!

Amazing place!

We love Mexico Beach and this was our first time as a family staying at this rental! It was absolutely beautiful inside and a short walk to the beach! It had everything we needed in terms of linens, towels, and kitchenware. Great communication from the host as well. We will definitely return!

Perfect Vacation

We are a group of 30-40 somethings that were looking for a relaxing vacation away from crowds. Mexico Beach and this rental did not disappoint! The pictures do not do the house justice. Everything new and super clean/nice. Everything was perfect and no one was ready to leave. Thank you!

Very Nice

The walk to the beach isn't too far but it's across a fairly busy highway so keep an eye on the little ones. The only other thing I would ask is that since the property is in the Central time zone that check out be 10AM Central. It's is listed as 10AM Eastern and 9AM is awful early to be packed and hit the road while on vacation. Other than that we loved the place. Convenient to several restaurants and small shops and stores. Grocery shopping is a little further down the road but not too far. It rained most of the time we were there so we had the whole beach to ourselves during the lull due to the lack of properties occupied. If you like a little peace and tranquility away from crowds, this is it.
