House was adorable and very clean! Downstairs bed was too soft and one guest slept on the couch. Quality of the one roll of toilet paper was terrible. They had all beach equipment you could ask for although we didn’t use tue bicycles they were nice to have. Loved front porch and porch off master bedroom. Very comfortable stay. Short walk to pool. A couple of things to note was the handle on the shower in the upstairs bathroom was broken and 2 lower cabinets in the kitchen were also broken. Overall a great visit!

Relaxing Spring Break

Wonderful property. So appreciate the no-pet policy and cleanliness. The pool was busy because of spring break, but the beach was so tranquil. Will return.

Cozy stay for a family of 4!

We stayed in February and were, overall, very happy. The house was spotless when we arrived and very nicely furnished. Kitchen was well stocked (blender, Tupperware, lots of pots and pans. Etc made it easy to cook and store food. Pool is gorgeous but (as stated) not heated in the winter, so we didn’t use it as much as we might have in the warmer months. Our only complaint was that the hot water didn’t stay hot quite as long as we’d have liked (it was cooler the week we were there). Not terrible, but definitely not hot enough for 2 back-to-back showers if multiple family members want to shower after the beach / pool.

Calm, relaxing stay

The home is wonderful! Our second time staying in this same home. The updates with the dehumidifiers and new beach equipment was great! We loved the kitchen amenities and grill as we cooked at the home daily. The walk to the empty pool and beach was quick and easy. We will be back! Only two things need changed/updated: the king bed sheets do not fit the bed and the roll up around you as you sleep. The note for trash on the fridge was incorrect.

Ocean was very disappointing

The home was very nice except for the AC not working well in one of the bedrooms and very limited supply of hot water. We choose this location for the proximity to the beach. The ocean was brown and like river water our entire stay. It was not anything any of us wanted to get in. We were used to the beautiful waters of 30A and Destin. We were so disappointed. It was nice to escape the crowds, but we would have chosen the crowded, pretty ocean and sand over this location had we known. I am sure water can change here but I don’t think it’s work the risk. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I hope you have clear waters all the weeks to come. I think it seems susceptible to the brown water. We have never seen anything this bad in all our many years at the ocean in the Destin area. I wish I had been warned in a review. If it does happen to you, you can drive down to the state park. The water was clear there and the sand much prettier.

Great House

The house was well stocked and had all the extras to make our family vacation extra special. Kitchen well stocked too! Easy walk to the pool and the boardwalk to beach. Kids loved finding really big shells on the beach.

The Good Stuff

Beautiful, clean home in a quiet, beautiful and small gated community. Great oceanfront pool, facilities and a long boardwalk to beach. Would definitely stay here again! FYI the front loader washing machine has mildew and the worst smell ever!!! Dryer was wet on inside. We ran 4 cycles in washer trying to make odor go away! Needless to say, we didn’t use it! Doors on washer and dryer have to be left open especially with the extreme beach humidity!!! There was not a beach umbrella as stated but we purchased and left one! The wagon is great but the tires had to be continuously pumped up so be sure to take the pump to the beach with you or the wagon is useless! Just want to stress how beautiful and clean this home is, though!!! The pics do NOT misrepresent!!!

Construction Noise

Everything fine, except there was construction going on during our stay. We had to listen to non stop pile driving during the daylight hours. Not quite as noticeable inside the house, but still annoying. Also, front door key was not where instructions said it was. Took us a while to find the key box.

Amazing Beach House

This is a beautiful home in a wonderful community. It is clean and well kept and just a short walk from the beach. We had a wonderful time and it was an absolutely great vacation. I highly recommend this property.

Awesome

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet location that is super close to the pool and a short walk over the boardwalk to the beach. It seemed like we had the whole pool and beach to ourselves! The house had some beach carts, umbrellas and chairs for use, so that was a nice bonus. Don miss su sets from the upper and lower decks.

Great time and idea location.

Our family really enjoyed our time at this house. The cleanliness of this property is top notch. We have stayed in many houses in Orlando that were worn out and dated and this property exceeded our expectations. It is in a nice location between the State Park and Port St Joe. The pool was very clean and nice. The beach access was suitable. It is in a secluded woody area with lots of wildlife that you would not see in other areas. The community was very quiet. We fished a lot on the beach. The water on the gulf varies by the direction of the wind. The beach area was quiet and empty most of the time, which we appreciated. We would stay here again.
