The views from the balcony were fantastic when the fog didn't take over. The beach was great early in our stay. The property was beautiful. The master bathroom was my favorite. Only one suggestion--New pots, pans Thank you for everything. We will be back again

Property manager was very nice. Condo was as described. Large and Spacious. Great wrap around huge balcony with several high top chairs and a high top table to eat from overlooking the water. Beds & mattresses were great. Plenty of towels, and seating inside. Condo was clean and felt clean.

Peace on the Gulf of America

This place was all you could imagine for a vacation, rooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen area large and spacious and immaculately clean. Everything we needed was provided, silverware, plates, pots, beach chairs, etc. This place felt warm and inviting and direct access to the beach and was not crowded. We absolutely loved oir stay here. The only thing we didnt like was it was on the opposite side of the main strip which made us drive everywhere instead of walking. But even with that i would give this place a perfect score. We plan to book again.

Great time in paradise

This property was everything the owner said it would be....beautifully kept....delightful views...clean and centrally located...yet a bit laid back....there were five of us and the condo easily accommodated all of us and without feeling cramped....every sunset was perfect from the wrap around balcony...very quiet and we could easily hear the ocean in the evenings as the sun set....can't think of a thing we would change...the owner's communications were excellent and timely...we'll certainly return....

More beautiful than the pictures!

The condo was perfectly positioned for breathtaking views! We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view and watching the sunsets! The decor was beautiful and the beds very comfortable. I communicated with the property manager a couple of times and she was very sweet and responsive! We love the quiet end of Panama City Beach. Our favorite was frequenting Thomas Donut & Snack Shop and the Carousel Grocery which are both a short walk from the condo. The beach was a little crowded, but that’s to be expected in the busy season. Overall it was an amazing vacation and we can’t wait to come back!

Summer Vacation

The condo was perfect, very clean and the views were breathtaking. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked and we had plenty of towels and wash rags. The beach was full but not overcrowded like other condos further down on the strip. We had teenagers and I didn’t like the fact that we couldn’t see them at the pool when in the condo (the pool isn’t visible from the balcony). Gas grills would be a great investment for the facility. Parking was a breeze and the elevators worked just fine.

Great condo for small group.

Overall we really enjoyed our week at this condo. The beach was really crowded, something we weren’t used to, but it turned out fine. The condo was small for 3 bedrooms but it was perfect for 6 adults. It was clean, the air worked and the washer and dryer are full size. The bed in the smaller bedroom was very very comfortable. We would consider staying again in the future.
