    SERVICIO DE PLAYA GRATIS en temporada. Ya hemos pagado por su uso de dos sillas de playa y una sombrilla del servicio de playa. Esto le ahorra más de $ 200 por el uso de una semana. Puedes alquilar más si quieres.

    CERCA DEL PARQUE DEL EMBARCADERO. El Tidewater Resort está a 5 km de Pier Park, el centro comercial y comercial más popular de PCB, con más de 100 tiendas, restaurantes, teatro IMAX y más. Es un paseo fácil para la mayoría de la gente. Ubicado en la familia de PCB orientado hacia el oeste, el Tidewater Resort es sin duda el complejo de condominios más lujoso de PCB. Es un verdadero resort con su propio cine (mostrando películas gratis el miércoles y sábado por la noche en temporada), un enorme frente al mar gimnasio / gimnasio (que incluye cintas de correr, máquinas de ejercicio, pesas, spa romano e incluso mujeres y hombres separado sauna Y baños de vapor), Starbucks y heladería en el sitio, dentro de Oceanside Cafe, este lado de la piscina Tiki Bar que sirve comida, además de bebidas, dos grandes piscinas al aire libre y una piscina cubierta.

    Nuestra unidad, ubicada en el piso 13, es uno de los muy buscados después de las unidades de esquina del extremo este con prácticamente todas las vistas impresionantes de vidrio en la sala de estar. En la compra de un condominio, que literalmente buscado en toda la Florida y Alabama. Esta unidad tiene las vistas más increíbles de cualquiera que hemos visto.

    DOS MASTER SUITES, cada uno con vista al mar y camas king size. El otro dormitorio tiene una cama queen size. Y hay una zona de literas enclavado en su propia zona privada justo al lado del cuarto de baño de tamaño queen size. La litera tiene dos literas gemelas, además de otro retiro cama cama nido. También en la unidad son dos sofás sofá cama en la sala de estar. Así que hay un montón de espacio para todos!

    Cable y WIFI GRATIS están incluidos.

Check-in was smooth with zero issues. The owner was super easy to work with and very responsive, even while he was on vacation himself. Would highly recommend this property!

The condo worked wonderfully well for our family. It was fully equipped with dishes, clean towels and beach toys! Tidewater is a fantastic place to stay with a 3 pools, a great workout gym, and a theater!

Our stay was exactly as described—and even better in person. The condo was beautiful, the views were absolutely breathtaking, and our family had an incredible experience.Before booking, I read the reviews thoroughly, so I was aware of the comments about the elevators. That ended up being the only minor inconvenience we experienced, but we expected it going in, so it didn’t bother us at all. Honestly, it’s hard to find a beachfront property that doesn’t have elevator wait times during peak season!The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and excellent with communication throughout our stay.Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay, and we would 110% book it again in a heartbeat!Thank you!

The view from the balcony is amazing! You can see the sunrise and sunset from there. Super clean and lots of beach and cooking stuff. Great location! Short walk or drive to grocery, restaurants and Pier Park. Beach was not overcrowded even during spring break. We did not utilize the pools but they were large , clean and lots of chairs. Beach service was very helpful and friendly. Communication with owner was easy and prompt. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was gorgeous and wrap around deck had a nice breeze. Would definitely stay at this condo again. However, the wait for elevators is long.

Owners are wonderful. The communication was reassuring and helpful in many ways. Much appreciated.The property was beautiful, the beds were comfortable and the location was incredible.My family of 5 adults enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was beautiful and spacious.views beauriful. Plenty of room for 8.bed comfortable. Only thing that was negative about this was the elevators, long waits but to be expected. Great place!

The condo is exactly what they say its gonna be! The view from the room was amazing! All the kids got to see dolphins, sting rays, and more wild life!! Extremely clean too!

We had a wonderful stay! Brent emailed the check in information and tips and tricks ahead of time and it was so beneficial. He messaged day of to even let us know the room would be ready ahead of schedule. The property was cleaned and looked identical to the photos (my brother in law commented on this a lot.) We would absolutely come back! I cannot recommend enough!

Excellent unit.

The unit was wonderful!!! Beautiful views, spacious and very clean. Everything was just as the pictures show. Owner was fantastic to work with and provided all the information needed well ahead of arrival. We were even blessed with an early check in.The Tidewater elevators were slow which is no fault of the owner.

Best view in PCB!

Our trip was nothing short of fabulous! The condo was clean, well-stocked with supplies and great overall space for our family of 9. The view from the condo was simply amazing! Brent was very responsive and thorough and a pleasure to work with. We will be back for sure!

Anniversary trip

The condo was perfect. Well equipped. We brought our kids and grandkids to help us celebrate our 30th anniversary. Everyone enjoyed themselves. We enjoyed all the extras the condo had to offer. The beach chairs we a plus.

Tidewater 1317 was awesome. it was very clean. everything inside was furnished nicely!!! The porch...was so awesome. we spent allot of time there! The owner is very informative during the whole process during booking all the way to checkout. He hives you plenty of information during and for your stay! I would definately rent that unit again and again!

Amazing Condo and Views

We had an incredible 7-day stay at this condo and honestly didn’t want to leave! The condo was exactly as advertised—spotless, well-maintained, and with a perfect layout. The photos don’t do justice to the breathtaking views you get to enjoy every day. The host was fantastic with communication, providing detailed instructions and making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay.The condo was fully equipped. We felt completely at home during our time at Tidewater and loved every minute of it.Overall, it was a perfect vacation spot. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located condo with amazing views.
