Baseball vacation

We were in PCB for a baseball tournament. The location of the condo was just a short drive to the Publix complex. The condo was very nice. It has everything we needed for our stay.

Think twice

We got there check in was ruff and text let know we made it and what was wrong with place. Well the next day still no hot water called to tell them she said plumber just left make sure it’s none before I have to call him again. Day three warm water if you had some it would go off and on while in shower. The elevators was a joke after lunch until next morning. If you are going to party then you found the right area. They say no smoking but all you smell is weed on balcony you couldn’t enjoy it. The kitchen is equipment but the pans so bad everything sticks to them. Bring ya own. Security stays on you for them bands so make sure wear it and have parking pass so they can see it. The kiddie pool is great if you want to walk a mile on that floor just to get to it.

The impossibly slow elevators is enough to cause me to never stay at this property again, especially considering the cost. The room is was in bad need of updating. The 3 bedroom was very spacious and fit our party of 7 really well.

Family getaway

Would highly recommended. So much to do close by. Although we spent most of our days at the pool and at the beach. The only complaint which we were prepared for being peak season,the elevator wait. Luckily everyone was very curtious of others. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Fun

Everything was great. It was very spacious. My only problems were getting up and down the elevator,paying for wristbands that the kids didn't even receive and on the cleanliness, i could tell that the dishes were just thrown in the dishwasher because they had leftover food on them. There were also crumbs in the console of the couch. I am a neat freak, so i am a little picky, but overall it was a nice stay.

The online listing showed different view from the actual condo, it also stated beach front and we actually had to walk quite a ways. The unit cookware needs to be updated. We did not realize the hot tub advertised was a community hot tub.

Beach Condo

The condo is beautiful and spacious. The location is great. Its close to lots of restaurants and shopping, and the beach is just across the street. Wendy is great. She is an excellent communicator. The only thing is that the condo could have been more clean. Other than that is was a great stay.

Great location and good value

We enjoyed our stay. Great location, nice and central to everything. Love the pools and hot tubs which worked great for the kids. Agree with others about elevator slowness. Hopefully the property can rectify the issues with the main elevators off the parking garage on the north building. Would rent again. Thanks Wendy!

Son’s 12th Birthday Trip

Everything advertised is accurate… Location is close to everything… Beach a simple walk across the street… Elevators are extremely slow… avoid using elevators during busy hours around the resort. Other than that everything was fine my family and I enjoyed our stay.

Horrible experience

Unit was very dirty and cleaning services had to return. Patio hadn’t been cleaned and patio furniture old and need replacement. Elevators were extremely slow, hot,dirty, and stayed full. We met several families complaining about their units and the dissatisfaction. We tried finding other accommodations but due to holiday weekend, everything was booked. My family checked out a day early. I will not stay in this unit again!

First time to PCB

This property was very nice. The condo was big and clean. Plenty of space and one of the best air conditioners I have ever experienced. It will freeze you out of there even on high. The owner provided chairs , wagon and a tent and other items for beach. It was in a good location to everything. Walmart was right across the street , also several restaurants and activities to do. The zoo is only a mile down the road , it was small but very cute and alot of hands on , you will think pricey but it was way worth it. Only downfall in PCB in this area is there is alot of young adults who like to disobey so the beach got shot down from 10pm to 5am everyday. Also as everyone else has said the elevators were slow but not that bad. There was 2 or 3 days there was only 2 working but they finally got them back working and it was fine. The ice cream shop downstairs was amazing , got it everyday. The pools were huge and amazing. Security was always checking people's band making sure they belonged on property which I liked. Overall it was nice and kids enjoyed so that's all that matter.

Much needed vacation

Renting with Vrbo was wonderful I use them all the time and they have great condo that includes resorts. The pictures shown for this condo was until it shows you that 2 twin bunkbeds in hallways but it was only 1 twin bunked. They only provided a half roll of tissue for 2 of the bathrooms and 1full for the 2nd bathroom. We managed to make it through the next morning being it was ALL ladies. I contacted the host she replied 3 hours later. The ELEVATORS was HORRIBLE the whole stay we had to wait 30 til 45 minutes just to get on. Smh otherwise the resort is very beautiful.
