We stayed celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary.. this place is such a good location. We walked to lunch and dinner .. there’s a little place to eat breakfast/lunch coffee and ice cream in the newer calypso building on the other side of the street. The beach chairs included were an additional plus . The beach was clean .. the bar at the pool was great … we had a very nice experience . The air conditioning did stop working on one day the maintenance people acted fast and got it fixed in a timely manner

Just finished 7 days with my family of 3. Condo was nice and clean except the sofa chair was full of sand. Plenty of towels and starter toiletries. Great location to Pier Park and tons of restaurants and shopping. Beachfront! 3rd level was perfect for the parking garage bridge and quick access to stairs cause the elevator was a nightmare. Needs for Tupperware other than that would definitely stay there again. As far as beach wasn’t thrilled with the fact they allow the tents to cover the front of the beach and paying customers are behind them. Blocks your view and hard to get around them to go to the water.Other than that great week in Panama City

Pros and Cons: The condo was very well decorated and stocked with plenty of linens. The unit was in a great location. This is one of our favorite properties to stay at in Panama City! The cons were that the master bedroom needs a new mattress. I didn’t rest good the entire week due to it being broken down. The night before we left the kitchen sink stopped up, and I immediately called maintenance. I didn’t get a returned call, therefore I called back and actually spoke with someone. They didn’t fix it that night, but waited until we checked out the following day.

Nice place, good location, crappy hot water

We enjoyed the condo and the location it was at. It was a very nice and cozy place. The only downside we had was there was only lukewarm water in the shower. Any colder it would be a cold shower. We called someone several times and was told someone would come out to fix it , but no one ever did. You hope for a nice relaxing shower at the end of the day, but we were never able to get that our entire week stay.

Overall, very pleased. Amazing views and perfect location. Your really don't need a car as everything is walkable. The unit was fully stocked with everything you need. Cons: Unit is a little tired looking. It was not very clean either. The bedroom is at the rear of the unit and right off the main walkway. You hear everything at all hours.

Great spot for family of 4!

Clean and spacious! Hosts left us a $100 gift card for start up supplies! The teens loved the close proximity of Pier Park with tons of things to do. The washing machine broke down and they had it fixed same day with quick response. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for FL Ironman and we couldn’t have found a better location. The condo was perfect for us the view was amazing and walking distance to the pier and pier park. We had a great time!

We received a text saying the room was ready early. We got to the room around 3:45 and the room was not touched. The cleaning lady walked in and said we weren’t supposed to be there until the next day. We had to wait for her to clean so we didn’t get into the room until almost 4:45. That was very aggravating! After we did get settled everything was nice and we had a good time.

Awesome management group

This property has an awesome management group. We had a small issue before heading down but the group was already working on fixing the issue. Unfortunately it was not able to fixed quickly. But the group was quick to work with us and made the stay worth it. Even the owner reached out at one point. Great room, great location. No need to worry about elevators, and the room comes with chairs. Easily one of our favorite places we have stayed in PCB.

Nice unit with expected wear and tear.

Overall great property and would stay again. Wonderful view and location and the pool(s) were so nice to be in, you still feel like you’re sitting on the beach while enjoying swimming in non-salt water. Minor flaws with the property like broken remote, door handle, small amounts of scuffing/dust on some of the walls but overall felt clean and comfortable. We had 5 guests and everyone was fairly comfortable although if you’re a sensitive sleeper maybe save the bunks and pull out for kids/teens. Thanks for a great place to stay!

The condo was great, don’t ask to stay an extra night

It was clean and comfortable and had an amazing view! The calypso was nice and had someone in the lobby 24/7 which was great to have access to. My only complaint comes from Best Neach Getaway. We tried to stay an extra night -bc we were having a great time and loved the place. We had tried to contact them the day before to book. It was clearly available but couldn’t get a response the day before checkout. When we did get someone on the phone the day of check out, she initially says “yes this unit is available. We can book” then comes back and says we can’t do same day booking…I ask to speak to someone in charge bc I’m just not understanding why nobody wants to take my money for an extra night and end up on the phone w Mark-who they say is some sort of manager. I go to introduce myself and the situation and he cuts me off and says “ yea I know we can’t do it” I then try to ask why and explain I am wanting to pay but he cuts me off again and tells me “no I don’t have to listen to this, I’m not going to argue” he was very rude and clearly not interested in any customer service at all. He also hung up on me as I was trying to ask him a question regarding how could I have gotten an extra night added. Apparently he doesn’t want to make money for this company. But we truly did enjoy our stay and will be coming back. Just maybe without talking to Mark…
