  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Beach and dance

The condo is spacious and was very clean. The Edgewater Resort offers a lot of amenities especially for a family and is centrally located. However, I think the furnishings need to be updated, the king bed was uncomfortable, and there were cheap towels and not enough pillows, nice blankets, etc for the sleeper sofa and beds.

Limited parking due to race, but expected. Great location, plenty of room! Plumbing leak in ceiling, and slow drainage in one of the bathrooms, maintenance was responsive. However, leak in ceiling tile, we were told was the 4th time someone had called...

Overall great location and property!

Everything was great! Just a few problems I would like to make the mgmt co aware of…. the dryer did not heat up and should probably be replaced and the hall bathroom needs to have the insides of the toilet replaced. It would not flush unless you held it until the water completely went out. Otherwise, we love staying at Edgewater!

Great entertainment available on the property and the view of the pool and beach is spectacular. It was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived, and I had to reattach the flapper on the guest bedroom toilet three times during our stay. The internet service is not good, so if you have to work during your stay you may want to make other arrangements.

Very lovely accommodations

Loved the cleanliness and organization of the property. We chose to go during Spring Break so having to leave the property to drive a few miles away to get parking passes was a bit of an inconvenience. But the overall stay was excellent. My family loved it and the view from the property was absolutely amazing!

Great location on property. Awesome views. Kitchen was nice and living space was also. Slightly disappointed with showers and beds were extremely firm. We enjoyed our stay but don’t know if we would stay in this one again.

Busy Beach and Pool Area

This resort was very clean, had plenty of things to keep small kids occupied, and the staff was kind and helpful. However, the was music at the pool ALL day and sometimes into the NIGHT. We could hear it inside our unit even with the doors to the balcony closed. This atmosphere was not what I was expecting. The Lagoon pool was too crowded, and there was not enough shallow area for beginning swimmers to practice and play. The beach was also very crowded. If you are looking for a quiet beach retreat this is not the vacation spot for you. If you are looking for a fun action packed stay you will enjoy this location.

Great location. Needs maintenance

I love the location and the resort but this property needs some minor maintenance that 1/2 a day of work would fix. Guest bedroom door hinges are stripped and bottom hinge has only 1 screw. Big picture on wall fell off in middle of night. 6-7 nail holes around where nails are show that you may want to anchor that in. Kitchen faucet is loose and hangs down because the weight is gone on the hose that holds it down. Master bed frame has been broken and rigged with a 2x4 and some zip ties. Again, pretty minor stuff that a small amount of effort would fix. Thanks

Great stay

Wonderful stay with my family and two small children. Excellent location!! Overlooks pool and beach - both are close by which is nice with small kids. Easy to communicate with the property manager and check-in was easy as well. Condo floor was very dirty when we arrived, but overall an excellent stay and we would stay here again!

Amazing location!!

We really enjoyed the condo we rented ❤️ The resort is perfect with the beautiful pool and so close to the beach. The location is also so close to so much shopping and restaurants we barely had to drive anywhere! I would highly recommend it!
