Great location on the beach! Great resort! Could use a coffee shop or at least supply complimentary coffee in the condo. Wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been given the fact that they charge everyone huge cleaning fees only had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Didn’t like that the family bathroom was a shower. We didn’t have kids with us but I feel like with a family with kids it could be inconvenient. If you’re not down on the beach by 1:00 they will start taking the beach chairs up for the day. Last day we ended up going out before hitting the beach and our chairs had already been taken up which is ridiculous

Good couples condo in PCB

The location of the Calypso is ideal for proximity to Pier Park and other local stores/restaurants. Traffic can be so backed up it was nice to walk to get ice cream and to dinner at Sharky's and Runaway Island. The unit is as advertised, pictures and description are accurate. Very comfortable for two people, the hall bunks are a nice option for someone with kids; those bunks are right off the kitchen in an open hallway if that's helpful. Comfortable bed and living furniture. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, cooking equipment. There were no spices of any kind, fortunately our friends' condo a few floors up had salt and pepper we could borrow - so bring all spices and oils you'd need. Appreciated the soaps/shampoo/conditioner/lotion available. Nice balcony with 4 chairs. Reserved parking was so nice, although the communication coming from the rental management company and the Calypso were a little confusing. There were so many reservation/parking/check in codes and numbers in all the communication, it seemed like they needed to be updated, condensed, or correlated. But in the end it all worked out. Communication with the management company was timely but sometimes I had to restate my question as I received a more general answer. But again, all worked out in the end. Highly recommend this unit and the Calypso.

Clogged sinks

Booked a beautiful beach front condo for our 27 th anniversary. Everything was going well with the exception that the balcony lock wasNOT functional and both bathroom sinks were draining slowly and subsequently clogged. The communication was abysmal! We should NOT have to brush our teeth in a kitchen sink!!!

Nice stay

The location is great, the owner and property manager responded promptly. I do feel that it could’ve been cleaner. Didn’t seem like it was cleaned when we got there. I understand the pool has limits of people, but 30 people max is not very many and to be told you can’t even get wet then leave wasn’t the best situation when there were double red flags. Thank you.

Will definitely stay again! The bed could be upgraded from firm to at least medium. It was my only complaint. 4 days wasn’t bad but 7 would be questionable. Elevator was busy at times but it’s a huge place. Overall great stay!! Definitely a I’ll stay again possibly same room!

Great location, ease of parking under the building. We vacation twice a year and this was, by far, the cleanest condo we've stayed in. We appreciate the attentiveness of the cleaning staff.

Great property, we loved it.... it was as shown in the pics.. kitchen was well supplied pots, pans, dishes, cups etc...fast ice maker , dishwasher, washer/dryer, super clean. vip parking by the elevators was very handy. two beach chairs and umbrellas were included for the week . ocean front and across from pier park restaurants/shopping... we had a small problem, just texted the property manager , got an instant reply and taken care of quickly.... can t really say enough about the condo and property manager..... we ve traveled alot and this is in our top tier ... we will defiantly be back !

Great location

Great location and within walking distance to Pier Park. Rental property was nice and modern. Only trouble was parking spot was tiny for a large car and we were not given code for parking garage prior to arrival so we had to wait and hour trying to contact someone to give us code to enter the parking garage.

Awesome Stay

The condo was very clean, beds were comfortable, and great view of the ocean. Great location, walking distance to everything you could possibly want. Beach was very clean and it’s a plus having chair rental included with this condo.
