This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo in Panama City Beach completely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the spacious layout, beautiful décor, and breathtaking ocean views from the balcony. Every bedroom felt like a private retreat, each with its own bathroom — perfect for our family to have space and privacy.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the living area is cozy— the ideal place to relax after a day on the beach. The condo’s location is unbeatable — just steps from the sand, and close to restaurants, shops, and activities of Pier Park.The building amenities were fantastic, including the pool, fitness center, and secure parking. Everything is well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared for guests.We can’t say enough good things about Susie and our stay. This condo made our vacation unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable PCB getaway!

Toes in The Sand location

This is property is in a fantastic location (restaurants and shops in walking distance) and the condo is exactly like pictured. Views on the beach are awesome. Pool overlooks beach and beach is right there. Owner is super easy to work with and very responsive to any issues. Highly recommend!

Best stay

This was the best property that my family and I have stayed at, since we started visiting Panama cut Beach. Our Host was superb. Never hesitated if we had a need, which we didn’t!! I plan to stay at this property going forward!!

Anniversary Trip

The property was nice. View was incredible. Housekeeping could clean ceiling fans and change filter. A few more bath towels would be good. Otherwise it was good. Again the views are beautiful.

Amazing Property

A very special and very well cared for end unit property. The views are simply amazing and each window offers a different view of the Gulf of Mexico, Pier Park and the Pier !! We cooked almost every meal in house and had everything we needed to get the job done right ! We will be back !

Great Condo great location with access to everything within walking distance. Beautiful views! Ahead and secret but Tiki bar utilized during a rainstorm big bonus. The beach chair guys were great too. We will be back loved it thank you

Great Property

We had a great stay! Check in was extremely easy. Getting a code to the door and avoiding lengthy check-ins was so nice after a long drive. The view was fantastic! Sunsets every night! The view is what did it for us. Loved being close to Pier Park as well. If you don’t want to drive, you could go a whole week without driving once. Beach access was also very easy. It was also nice having 2 chairs and an umbrella included. The kids loved that there were boogie boards already in the room! Saved us room on the drive! All in all, it was a great time. Probably our best vacation yet.

Beach time

Enjoyed our stay especially the evening sunsets. This condo is right on the beach with a great view. Roomy and close to restaurants and Pier Park. Plenty of room for all of us.

Condo was wonderful, great location. If i could say anything negative about stay it would be the chair service . Anywhere we've ever stayed the put chairs closer to shore line. Here they don't & people set tents and chairs etc. In front of the rental ones. That would be my only complaint. Great stay.

Awesome place to stay!

We stayed for the Ironman Florida race and it was phenomenal! Right in the center of all the action, we could see the swim from the balcony and simply had to go downstairs to watch the run. We highly enjoyed the pool, beach and proximity to shops and restaurants. The condo itself was perfect for our group of 8. I would highly recommend staying here.

Saved Our Vacation!!!! Wish I could give them a 10!!

This was the best condo experience we have ever had. The condo is beautiful. Clean in every corner. The furniture is clean and in awesome shape. The appliance all work and it has a nice pantry for food. Full size washer and Dryer. Chairs to use on the beach. 3 Boogie board also. Plenty of hangers in the closets. The balcony is beautiful. Pictures just do not do it justice. We walked thru the door and it felt like home. All text with owner where answered in a very timely manner. Overall the whole resort was a 10! Elevators, Parking, Security, Pools, Beach Access were awesome. The staff were so friendly and nice. So close to Pier Park that we didn't need our car for 3 days. We will be back!!!

PCB 2023

The property was as nice as the photos in the listing. The condo was very accommodating for our family. It was nice having three bathrooms and spacious rooms. We would definitely stay here again.

PCB Condo - Toes in the sand

We had a wonderful time in PCB and having such a nice condo helped make this an even better trip. There was plenty of room and all the amenities we needed. We were within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and activities. We would definitely return to this condo.

Toes in the sand

Toes in the sand has incredible views and a great location where restaurants are within walking distance. Susie was great to work with and very responsive to any questions/needs we had. For a blackened grouper sandwich try Hook'd which is a couple minutes away.

Great location, outstanding unit, responsive host

Just as pictured and described. Had a mi or issue on arrival - host accessed on-site maintenance for us, stayed on top of the situation. Very responsive while choosing the unit, while preparing for our trip and while there. Highly recommend Susie.
