No complaints!

The condo and property was beautiful and clean! The pictures didn’t do this place any justice. The view was amazing! We took our little dog with us and the dog walk was very well maintained. Our family will definitely be staying here again!

Family vacation

Great location. My kids loved the pool and the beach area was nice and relaxing. This location is family oriented. I had a little trouble prior to arrival with getting my access code to the condo from the property manager but Darinda was easy to reach and the issue was resolved quickly. The guest bathtub and condo floors needed a little attention upon arrival but I reached out to Darinda and she had the cleaning service come and clean again. She was very responsive and easy to reach and I appreciate her fast response and attentiveness. The staff at Treasure Island were all very polite. I would recommend renting from Darinda.

We visit Treasure Island resort every year. This condo we stayed at on the 3rd floor was perfect.

This condo was well Stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. The owner definitely paid attention to detail when decorating this unit. We will most definite book again!!

This is a great place to stay. Very convenient with parking and location of condo.

Perfect in every way!

First time to PCB. Owner was fabulous to work with, esp when we needed a slight date change. The on-sight managers were super helpful. This was a great location, close to anything you need, quiet end of beach, close to lovely St Andrew’s SP. Comfy bed, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of hooks and charging stations made our month long stay so comfortable. And reliable WiFi was crucial for working from home. More spacious than we expected, we loved waking up to the gorgeous views and watching sunsets from the well furnished balcony. So many thoughtful details. Access is easy from the 3rd floor parking deck, but wished we’d brought our small collapsible rolling cart for getting groceries/shopping items into the condo. Plenty of luggage trolleys made packing in/out easy. We. honestly can’t wait to return!

Weekend get away with family

The room was clean and perfectly located for what we planned to do! We were within walking distance to a great restaurant for take out, and the beach is only steps away and wasn’t crowded. This property is very close to the State Park, we rented a pontoon there and had a great day on the water. We will definitely consider staying at this property again in the future!

Memorable family vacation

Everything was great. The condo was perfect with a beautiful view overlooking the pool and out into the gulf. The condo is well furnished. We spent many hours sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. The area has several good restaurants and attractions. The condo's community grilling area was easy to use and there was never a long wait for one to be available. I would recommend anyone looking to stay in Panama City Beach to stay here. The owners communication was excellent

Great Place!

The condo was very nice. Kitchen had everything we needed. We had beach chairs included with our stay and that was a big plus. Access in and out of condo was easy. We enjoyed everything about our stay. We have a dog that goes everywhere with us and the fact that this is a pet friendly place was a big selling point for us. The owner is very accommodating and easy to contact. We wil definitely be back again.

This is such a lovely condo that is huge, clean, well decorated, and super convenient to the beach. We absolutely loved the convenience of the location of the condo in the resort as well as the location of the resort on the beach. Hardly any traffic to worry about. Debra made check in & check out very easy for us to understand and follow as well, which is wonderful - loved the customer service I experienced - we will definitely do this again!!!

Great condo, loved the 3rd floor and balcony! Overlooks pool and ocean. Easy to get to beach. The property overall is well maintained and clean.Darinda was very helpful and easy to work with. Loved that its pet friendly so we could take our small dog. Just an fyi, resort pet fee is $250. Kitchen was well equipped which is appreciated since I've had to go buy kitchen items in the past at other units to be able to cook. Only suggestion would be new pillows for master and possibly a mattress pad for a bit more comfort. I will rent this condo again!
