Enjoyed my Bday Vacation

Everything was really great. I have ZERO complaints. Will definitely book this condo again! Well, I actually do have one complaint, I really wish I could've stayed longer than a week. :)

Mostly what I expected. The condo was hot at first and did not get down to even 72 for several days. Condo could use an upgrade. The resort itself is basic, soggy dog isn’t open on time and just not enough amenities. Couple of things in walking distance but that is it. Just a basic place for over 3000 dollars. I won’t choose this one again. Second time there, first was 2010

Great Property and Location for Couple of Family

We loved this property and had a great stay. We highly recommend this property at Sunrise Beach Resort. It was exactly as advertised and located within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops.

Amazing view from 25 floor

Had a great time & the weather was beautiful. Condo could use some upgrading. Balcony chairs need replaced. We eat breakfast on balcony & chairs are not made for the table or comfy to sit outside at night. Had to turn & flip mattress in order to sleep good. Needs replacing. Several light bulbs were out also.

Great views but condo is not spacious at all

Great location with direct beach views. The kitchen is very tight. There was no table to sit at. The patio only had two chairs for seating🙁 I was disappointed.

Annual family vacation

The stay was fair. The master bed needs a new mattress . Kitchen had minimal cooking supplies . The ones that were there was old and rusted. Check in was great. Pool was great. Location was great. Getting to the beach and pool was horrible. Penthouse for this condo only means up at the top of the floors otherwise nothing penthouse about the condo. I would have rather stay further down for better quality in the room for the price. I would go back to that location or that particular room again. .

Top of the tower

Beautiful place with a beautiful view. Spacious rooms with just the right amenities. What staff we did meet we're very nice and helpful. The pool area is very spread out with 3 sections great for family especially kids. All your local eateries within walking distance (local steamer....best on the beach for delivery) will most definitely be back

Perfect for baseball getaway

This spot was just perfect for what we needed - traveling to our son's baseball tournament with three kids (14, 16 and 18). The location was perfect, obviously the beach and the chair service was right out the elevator but everything we needed was walkable - great restaurants and shops. The space was adequate for our small family - with only two chairs on the balcony, we had to make do out there but not a big deal. There was no table for playing games or cards. PLENTY of towels to suit a teenage girl, all of the items necessary in a kitchen to make meals, etc. The washer and dryer were a nice touch to toss the pool towels in the dryer at the end of the day. The pools were fabulous, never crowded and plenty of open chairs when needed. Fantastic stay and lots of great memories made!

Beach Getaway

Had an awesome stay at this condo, but the mattress/box spring needs to be replaced, it sinks terrible on both sides of the king size bed. No bed is as good as your own bed, but we can feel it in our hips & backs from sleeping on this. The recliner is broken, footrest doesn’t go down. Missed not having a kitchen table. Despite those few items, the condo, location & amenities was great!

Amazing view! Couple of updates needed.

Not sure what happened with check in but we were given the wrong code and upon arriving at the condo we were unable to get into our room. Had to call VRBO and they contacted the owner and we had a new code in around 10-15 minutes. Things happen so, not a huge deal. Nice condo over all but the king size bed was not very comfortable has dips on both sides but we made due slept some in the bed and some on the couch and recliner. The shower head in the master bath was very mobile and seemed to be coming out of the wall. The view from the condo is absolutely stunning!! The condo was Clean and neat. I wouldn’t let any of these things keep me from staying here. Just wanted to let the owner aware incase they didn’t know already. Would stay again!

Just so so

First the good. The resort itself was very nice and in a great location. For the most part, the condo was clean. Now the not so good. The condo was very hot apon arrival and it took 2 days for the ac to catch up and keep the place cool. The front bedroom never cooled down completely. The bed sheets in the kids bedroom were stained and did not fit the beds correctly and kept coming off. The bed in the master bedroom was sunkin in the middle and probably the most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept in. We never got a good nights sleep the whole trip. Finally, and this is not on the host. The pool rules are ridiculous. A person could not even toss a ball in the pool. If you did, the security will come out and scold you. Not big on walking through the parking garage to get to the beach either. Overall, if it weren't for the beds, I would probably rate it a 4.

Escape from Lubbock

We really enjoyed our week. Beautiful location, 25th floor, patio overlooking the beach. 4 elevators running never had to wait long for one. Easy access to both pools and the beach. The only thing I wasn’t used too was having to replace toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels that we used. You would think for the price we paid, he could afford to replace these items. But bottom line we just brought our own so we didn’t use his and we brought our own towels and Wash clothes. The facility needs to have a ramp to the beach instead of stairs for people who use carts or wagons to tote things to the beach.

Not enjoyable

I have been coming to PCB for 17 years and have stayed all up and down Front St this by far is one of the top 3 worst places I have ever stayed. No light in Frig.,, Master bed broken, using lamp shade for trash can, old mount on bathroom wall iron shaped almost sliced my husbands arm when brushing his teeth. Dust so thick on dresser was able to draw a smiley face. Absolutely no extras no hangers for the one and only closet for a 6 person stay not sure where you would put 4 other peoples luggage, no Tupperware ware for left overs in kitchen. Spare bedroom always felt like a heating chamber because of the central heating units are right at that wall. Spare bathroom shower is backwards hot is cold and cold is hot. Found marijuana the kitchen cabinet and then to find out that the SAME code for door is used multiple times before changing is very SCARY because the week before stayers have access to condo. Over all would not recommend nor stay here again

Other than the excessive heat once you get off the elevator and uncomfortable bed our stay here was fabulous. The location to multiple restaurants was perfect, We enjoyed the beach service at a discounted rate. The staff were very polite and respectful. The lock to the door stopped working twice and the property owner was quick to respond and take care of the issue.
