Our Family Spring Break 2024

Watersound is a fabulous property. Our unit had a direct view of the dunes and gulf. The community pool is heated and is a major attraction for our family; including early morning time reserved for lap swim. The entire community is a beautiful setting.

Great place

This was a great place to stay. The views were beautiful and location was perfect. Only tip for others guests is that it has a regular coffee pot (not Keurig). I don’t remember seeing that in the listing so we had to go back to Publix to exchange the coffee pods we had just bought for coffee grounds instead. Wonderful unit! We definitely want to come back to this place!

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home with amazing views. Sunsets are able to be enjoyed from the comfort of the living area. Bedrooms and baths are very nicely appointed and comfortable. I highly recommend this property for a beach getaway.

Needs updating

Another beautiful week in Watersound, but disappointed with this unit. The owner does not allow access to the storage cage for beach chairs, toys, etc. We have stayed in other units in the same property that do allow this. The unit’s furniture and bed sheets had stains, some of the towels had large holes, there were no dish towels, no pot holders, and no starter items besides 4 trash bags. The main TV would stop broadcasting every 3-5 minutes making it difficult to watch. Finally, we wanted a place with a gym and the Watersound Beach fitness center is no longer allowing guests. I asked the property manager for another location we could use and we never heard back. It’s a great location but compared to other properties it needs updating and better management.

Best Views!

Wonderful getaway to the beach, beautiful views of beach and sunsets from panoramic windows and comfy balconies. Condo was clean, fully stocked kitchen and beautifully decorated and close to many activities. We plan to visit again and highly recommend!

SERENE & GORGEOUS

Wanted to honor my 92 yr old Mom and her lifelong 90 year old friend with a trip to the beach. The goal was to have beautiful beach views in a beautiful setting so they could experience the beach without having to walking to it. Handicap parking was convienent to the elevator and the walk from the elevator to the unit was ideal. Every minute in the property was surrounded by beauty (inside & outside).. The constant messaging from the property manager about "no late check outs" was less professional than one would expect, especially when it was never requested. But the property itself was exactly as pictured. Highly recommend and will definitly return. .

Wonderful week

This property was amazing for a week getaway. The condo itself is very well done and each bedroom was extremely comfortable. The location next to the dunes and ocean as well as the gated community for privacy was ideal for our family. The heated pool allowed us to go swimming in December. I will be back as everyone who stayed at the location really enjoyed it.

Beautiful property and setting

This was our first time staying at Watersound and couldn’t have been more pleased with the property. #308 was beautiful with an amazing view and perfect location to watch the sunsets. The furnishings were were not only lovely, but very comfortable. The only recommendation would be that beach service be included for a rental such as this. We were a bit surprised that this was not provided. Also, having to pay to use the gym was disappointing as well. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Perfect Location

We were looking for some place with a nice ocean view and within a short walk to the beach. This property was just what we needed. The property is quiet and the surrounding is very peaceful. All three bedrooms have very good views of the ocean.
