Family Paradise, White Sand, 80 degrees Emerald Water, Fantastic Restaurants Best Food & Shopping!

Excellent for sure with most stunning views of the beach and emerald and clear blue ocean anywhere. Lot's of privacy on the beach and the pool. Quiet manicured neighborhood with lots of activities within a half hour. Ride the elevator down to the garage and enjoy a five minute short stroll by the pool down to the beach. Most Beautiful Sunrise and Sunset from the four story high private patio overlooking the sand dunes and ocean.

Beachfront Condo!!

Spectacular property. We will definitely be back. Exceeded expectations === beautiful view of the beach, short walk to sand, great little community!! Even used the golf cart to pick up a pizza from the restaurant at the front of the community. :)

Amazing view!

We had the best week at Watersound! The view was incredible from the main living area and bedrooms! My kids loved the bunk beds, and the rest of bedrooms were very comfortable. We went to the pool everyday, rented bikes, and used the golf cart to head down to the beach. Also an easy walk but easier to carry beach chairs in the golf cart. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay

The pictures don't do it justice even though they are great! The view and the property are top notch and will be staying here again. We were never big fans of sand dunes but these added to the view and were amazing! Definitely a 5 star place and highly recommend to anyone wanting a great place with a great view, can't beat this place.

Unbelievable property and amazing treatment by Dune Vacation Rentals!!

This was our first trip over Christmas so we were a little nervous. Dune Vacation Rentals made it effortless. The property was everything we could’ve possibly wanted in a dream vacation. The views from every room were spectacular. I have received numerous inquiries requesting contact information about exactly where we stayed based on the pictures I have posted. I was more than happy to give out the information! My son was even able to make the trip home from Japan to be with us. He is in the Navy. So that made this trip even more special. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making this an amazing Christmas for me and my family! Can’t wait to return!! A.Wingstrom

Amazing property!

This property is incredible. The view is amazing and the location and privacy awesome. Having the use of the owners golf cart is a big plus and we enjoyed riding the bikes that are also available to use. The kitchen is equipped with enough tools for any level cook. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was due to how the management company handled the booking. I had 22 different emails and 7 texts between booking and departing. The unit needed some minor fixes and I shared all of them with the property manager in an email (not one of the 22 lol). He seemed very appreciative. In particular the welcome letter needs to be updated as check-in time was incorrect and showing use of the fitness center is also incorrect. I would definitely rent this property again!

Amazing Gulff Views

He gulf views were amazing from the living room areas to the bedrooms. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. I rate the cleanliness of the entire condo as an 8. I recommend unit 407 for anyone looking to rest, relax and take in beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the gulf

Walk in WOW

Beautiful condo with amazing views.

This place was just beautiful. The views are more beautiful than the pictures show. Access to beach was great. The walk is short or the golf cart access made it super easy and short. The neighborhood was great. We will definitely be back!
