The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

We loved it here! The property is very clean and nice. It made for such a relaxing vacation. The master bedroom has a wonderful view of the ocean and sliding doors out of the room. The guest bedroom had 2 full size beds and they were both comfy. We also cooked several meals at the condo and it had all the pots, pans, utensils and cookware needed. One thing I will say and not a negative thing, just something to know, there are no spices at all here not even salt so be sure you get some while at the store if you plan to cook. The condo also stayed nice and cool the whole time we were there. In the evenings we chilled on the comfy couches that had plenty of room for all 4 of us. The balcony was also very spacious and a place we all hung out at numerous times. The pool was also clean and a fun place to hang. Overall a great place and we would love to stay here again. 5/5 stars!!!

Accurate listing.

Nice, clean, well stocked with starter items. Lots of security (door, gate, beach/pool access all have codes). My only negative is the master bedroom needs black out drapes.

Off Season Vaca

Stayed the last week of April. The accommodations were excellent and management staff were very courteous. Unfortunately, a huge Harley Davidson Event was taking place at the same time of our vaca. Check out events before you book and understand that you are on the strip.

Great except the master bedroom bed

Very nice place. Beautiful walk in shower. Host was great upon arrival with issues they took care off. But the master bedroom bed should be on the ally for trash pickup I have never laid on a bed that terribly wore out, to nice of place to have such poor quality bed. Couch love seat really need updated also but overall I survived. Very clean balconies.

Loved it!

I loved the condo. It was spacious, clean upon arrival, great view and overall just good! I was happy to have cups, plates, utensils since we cooked more for our stay this year & everything worked as it should! The only negative I would have to say is didn’t like that I coupd see other balconies put guess that what happens when condos are close together. I would stay here again!

Beautiful condo

When we arrived the parking was a little tricky for us a we have a Chevy 2500. The location is in the heart of the busy. Things to do all around. Now the bed in the master killed me as it is hard and you can almost feel the springs. Other than that the condo was amazing with an amazing view.

Time at Condo

The condo was nice but lacked a few amenities like pillows for the outside furniture!!the biggest issue is the large number of very loud spring break parties! It was on the beach in our building and next door! It was so disturbing we were not sleeping many nights! That was not the condos issues but I think VRBO and the owners should warn renters about spring break! In this area! We actually left 2 days early as we had run out of patience! We will avoid this area in the future!

Just what I needed.

I needed a very calm and relaxing vacation and it was. The condo was very nice and clean. Very comfortable, almost like home. We enjoyed our stay very much and I will be looking into booking this condo again in the future. Thank you for giving us a perfect vacation!!

Awesome stay

The view is everything, we could literally spend days on the balcony. This place has everything you need. This condo could easily accomodate 8 people to sleep. Lots of room, clean and well decorated place. The only thing that needs attention is master bedroom's door. It doesn't lock, so had to be carefull to avoid embarrassing moments. Recommend!

Amazing Condo, No complaints

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here. The floor plan had plenty of room, and everything from the dishes to the rooms were very clean. They even provided a fridge with an ice maker and water dispenser so we did not have to purchase plastic water bottles during our stay. The balcony was huge and had a great view of the ocean. It was a very short distance to the beach, which made it easy when carrying our beach supplies. The parking garage is right below the condos which was also convenient to get in and out. The elevators were super speedy. The pool and hot tub were both clean and nice. The rooms also had plenty of storage places for clothing and bathroom supplies. The sizes of the room were perfect, the cleanliness of the furniture was pleasing, and the condo even provides books and board games for their guests. Walking distance to Pineapple Willy’s, and it also had several other restaurants across the street. The shower heads also had great pressure. Overall, we have stayed in many places all along PCB shores, and this has been our favorite so far. It truly had a “home” feel. Thank ya’ll for sharing your home with us. We will be back! P.S the beach was also beautiful, clear water, and provided great weather! Great spot. (:

Great Condo! Will stay again

The condo was super clean. We had everything we needed. I have rented a lot of condos in PCB but this one went above and beyond in attention to details. The condo was stocked with nice dishes and every utensil an appliance you would ever need. Little touches like a really nice library were nice too. Great overall experience. The only issue we had was no fault of the condo. We were unaware that chair rentals on the beach were $40. We would have brought some chairs if we had known. There was also a lot of noise from repairs of other condos going on and from the sprinkler repairs in the garage. Again, this had nothing to do with the condo itself and we would rent again. Had a great time! Thanks
