The property was absolutely beautiful. We loved overlooking the little pond and having the turtles look up at us every morning. The beach was just an easy walk and everything we could need was provided for a great day in the sun! This location was quiet and everyone around was respectful and kind. The restaurant options in the area were OUTSTANDING. Just wish a grocery store/convenient store would be closer but even the drive into town wasn't too bad.

It was great for a short stay. Very interesting area on Cape San Blas. Beautiful beaches and nice wildlife park. Did some bicycling too! Port St. Joe was a nearby town. Nice shops and good variety of restaurants.

Perfect family vacation spot

Just steps to the beach…. We loved this little beachside condo community for our family of 5 summer beach trip.Condo was very spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. The pool overlooking the beach was wonderful. We enjoyed snorkeling at the state park nearby and bon fires on the beach at night. Loved our week there, we look forward to returning to Cape San Blas.

Wonderful Escape!

My two boys, my husband, and I had a wonderful at Funseeker! As a clean freak, my first concern in a rental is always cleanliness, especially one that accepts pets because they can smell. Honestly, for this reason, I have never restayed in a rental. However, we will be back to Funseeker! It was very clean and smelled it, too! We loved being able to bring our two pups with us to enjoy our family vacation. This was a new experience for us as we usually go to Alabama beaches. We are definitely all about CSB now!The pet towels and beach towels were welcome ammenities. Our boys loved the bunk beds. Also, the renovated master bath and kitchen were exactly as pictured. The landline was also extremely helpful as the cell signal on Cape San Blas is nearly non-existent. My kids loved being able to call grandma to tell her about their day!Barrier Dunes is also a great community! Funseeker is super close to the clubhouse pool and the beach, and it is directly on one of the ponds. My husband didnt have much luck fishing the ponds, but fishing the state park (right next to the property) and the surf produced great results. Also, as the unit is an end unit, you can walk dogs right outside easily. The owner was also extremely responsive and helpful. It was super nice to deal with the owner directly rather than a large rental company, and we found the property to be better cared for probably due to this.We will be back to Cape San Blas and the Funseeker!!

Awesome property in desirable location

We are coming to the area for years and enjoyed our stay this time just as much. The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need during your stay. The layout of the rooms made it easy for the 5 of us (3Kids) to spend our week there comfortably. The outdoor closets were Full of chairs, toys, boards, coolers etc. which makes packing at home a lot easier. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to be less than 2 minutes away from the beach and is looking for a cute and clean place.

Wonderful Week at Funseeker

Funseeker was clean and provided all the comforts of home. We enjoyed using the provided beach carts and other accessories and it was nice not to have to pack bulky chairs and other beach items. The walk to the beach and the pool was super easy, even with kiddos, and took less than a minute to either one. The kids loved looking at the turtles in the pond right off the deck. This was our first time visiting the Cape and we enjoyed exploring the area. The beaches were beautiful. We especially enjoyed crabbing which we discovered instructions for in the information filled binder the owner provides. Overall we had a blast and can’t wait to come back!

It’s a nice condo, just as it’s announced, everything was clean, enough kitchen equipment and silverware, steps from the beach. We had a nice and relaxing vacation with grandkids, cooking the catch of the day every dinner. The owner is very polite and responsive.

Perfect Spot

This place has a great location in Cape San Blas - and a great location in the neighborhood. The beach boardwalk is just steps away! Everything that you would need is provided by the homeowner. Great access to kitchen needs and beach gear. The cabinet/pantry storage in the kitchen is a great touch. Extra space was so nice to have! Directions for check in/out were clear and so easy to follow. Our stay was a joy!

Great place by the beach

Good location. Short walk to beach and pool. Loved all the porch’s. Comfortable bed. Provided beach supplies which helped us pack less. Loved the outdoor shower. Even just to rinse off your feet after coming back from the beach. Very comfortable and everything is supplied. Great place to stay. Can’t wait to go back

Great stay

This was our first trip to Cape San Blas but likely will not be our last. We really enjoyed our stay at Funseeker. The location is very close to the beach and pool, only about a minute walk. The owners provide everything you need for the beach including sand toys, chairs, and umbrellas. They also provide most anything you need in the kitchen if you choose to cook while there. The beds were firm, but comfortable and the home is nicely decorated. The location itself is right by the entrance to the park. While there aren't a lot of restaurant options on the Cape, there are 2 very good options within 1 mile of Barrier Dunes, Coneheads and Longbills. We didn't experience any problems that required reaching out to the owners while we were there. There were some minor cleaning issues when we arrived, some broken beach toys, a couple of other minor issues, but none of which negatively impacted our overall stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again.
