Amazing!

Truly amazing property. We will book this condo every single time we come to PCB. Clean(and I am a perfectionist), decor was perfectly done, updated for feel of being at home, beautiful view, the showers holy moly they are amazing, balcony with awesome furniture and views. We loved it. Can't wait to get back in September.

Spent a month. Absolutely perfect. Like having your own condo on the gulf. Mgt was very good in answering questions. Room was spotless. Highly recommend. Hopefully be back again sometime

Greta’s made the whole rental process easy. This condo is beautiful and very comfortable. The furnishings are very nice. The view is stunning. We had a couple of little issues when we got here but Adam took care of everything right away. Adam is extremely personable and patient and made our stay better through his assistance. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay!

Loved the condo, the balcony, the proximity to the beach & the reserved parking spot!! No issues at all with the elevators. It was a relatively quiet place to stay. The outside sounds are muffled very well & inside you rarely hear your neighbors. The only drawback to the balcony is that some evenings you could hear loud music from the building next door. (Fontainebleau) Regardless I would definitely stay here again.

Very good! Clean

The room, the pool, and overall cleanliness is very good! My only concern is with the elevators, people were waiting half hour just for an elevator. While we were there there was only 2 running. But, from what I heard they had been closed 3 weeks from this period. This is not that big of a deal, but would be helpful to have 3 running for 23 levels. The last thing is the overflow parking. It is very inconvenient, and there are not a lot of spaces. Since the 2 bedroom condos only come with 1 guarantee parking space. But overall nice place!

We had a fantastic time. Condo was beautifully decorated and stocked with the essentials. Everything was clean as usual. Riley and Adam provided superb customer service once again. If you haven’t used Greta’s Beach Rentals I strongly recommend them because you will not be disappointed. We will continue to use them for our future needs.

It was very nicely decorated with a HUGE balcony (the largest I have seen). It is closer to the water than lots of condos that I have stayed in, so an easy trek with umbrellas, chairs, etc. It sleeps 6 very comfortably. Everyone we came across (staff, security, etc) were very friendly and very helpful with suggestions on places to go. It is also very close to Pier Parc which was loads of fun. We can't wait to return.

Several issues with the elevators not working, which was an inconvenience. The beach service was the worst experience we have ever had. The person in charge was very rude, wouldn’t raise the umbrellas...I go to rest and relax on the beach and I paid for the service, but didn’t get it!!!!!

They took care of everything and and made it way less stressful for myself. I would recommend them over and over again for your vacation needs.

Condo #802 is exactly how the pictures convey: Updated, Immaculate, Comfortable, Organized and Spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the lounge chairs in the living area and sitting out on the patio. The sunsets are captivating. The pool and seating were fresh and clean. The condo and grounds are very well maintained. The building is located in a quiet area of the beach. The groundskeepers, cabana attendant and concierge/security guard that greets you at the entry are all kind, helpful and happy! This was our first week long getaway without children in 30 years. We will be back. Thanks to all who made this a memorable, relaxing trip.
