Considering our stay was a month long we had to ask for cooking utensils, bowls, cookware and kitchen towels. We also needed towels for the bathroom a bath mat and a soap caddy. Some things g this was provided promptly … week we received paper towels and toilet paper instead of bath towels. We purchased bath towels, a rubber mat and bath mat to make getting in and out of the shower safe. For the kitchen, we bought a mat for the dish rack, windex for cleaning, and extra kitchen towels. We left all of this. Hopefully you can put it to use for the next tenant. Something you might want to look into is the shower head. The hot water is either burning hot or cold. Sometimes the hot water turns off spontaneously. Also the black table in the living room is dented and there is no patio furniture. We also purchased throw blankets for the couch. All of the above are some basics that you may want to consider for longer term renters. This being said, Lorenzo was prompt with his responses. Thank you for this.
